Today I got a gel pedicure done by Kyle and it was hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. He was very thorough and payed close attention to detail. Also very gentle and easy to talk to. I will absolutely be returning! Thank you Kyle!

Absolutely horrible. They jump around from person to person mid set and is not sanitary one bit. They also have cut me multiple times and gave me infections because they cut me with cuticle cutters. I 100% do not recommend them. It is worth the drive to go to Bonney lake or puyallup. Not to mention, they find the tiniest thing to jack up the prices and the prices are always going up. Not good quality for what you’d be paying for!

Even when nothing goes wrong, this salon is mediocre at best. Expect to get cut and bleed if you get a pedicure, that is if you can even get the service you made an appoint for at all. I made an appointment for a pedicure for noon, arrived a few minutes early, got sat down in my chair at noon, and waited 40 minutes without a single word from any of the employees about what was going on. As soon as I asked for a towel to dry my feet off that had been soaking for 40 minutes, then they came up to me and said sorry they are running behind and someone will come right now to start my pedicure. I declined and chose to leave since my appointment was delayed 40 minutes without any communication from staff. I will not ever be returning and advise that anyone considering KC nails choose a different salon. Trust me, it’s worth it to drive farther away to have a decent nail salon experience which you will not find here!
