I love key bank, I switched over from Wells Fargo. Amber made my transactions seamless. She was very detailed and went through the process with me of direct deposit and what banking products would be most beneficial for me.
The only thing I find to be frustrating at times is that there usually is only one teller, especially on Fridays, I noticed that people saw the extention line and walked out, which is unfortunate.

Shaun at KeyBank is awesome ! Every time I come in he always helps me very quickly and makes my visit to the bank very painless. I enjoy coming to the bank especially since each and every staff members warmly welcomes you in and there is always smiles ! Thank you Shaun and all of the KeyBank family

People at thus bank are the best and really nice. Why does it take like 6 days for a check deposit in the atm to become available in my account?

It's a nice place to do your banking. The fees for services are quite low. The tellers are all very personable and friendly, management is attentive to any issues.

Love how personable the staff are John the branch manager goes from business to business and introduces himself and Minsung the lead teller makes it a point to know your name and greet you once you walk in

So key bank calls me and says theres some fraud alert as if their security is my problem and cancels my debit card and the woman on the phone says a new one will be mailed to me in 5 days so a week goes by and I call them and they figure out that it was never sent and a new one will be Express shipped to me in 2 days or less so a coupe days go by and theres a new card in my mail box. I go to activate it and they tell me it's cancelled and 4 days later the express mailed one still isnt here. These guys suck

It's a small branch. I mostly only go to use the atm. I especially like that they allow you to withdraw from the machine in multiples of $5.

Seems to be a good bank. Got to check receipt to make sure they put money the correct account though.. other than that it's a good fit for the town. Drive through is kind of tight.

just nowI've had nothing but problems with this bank lately. ex: 2 days ago - random -$4000 balance with ZERO ACCOUNT ACTIVITY!!when it magically resolved itself hours later, I pulled all but what I needed to pay my bills that are DUE NOW and what happens??? another negative balance with NO EXPLANATION OR ACCOUNT ACTIVITY SHOWING. Now I have to put in a claim for the late fees that this bank has caused for no reason whatsoever...Of course I have had ZERO communication from their side...GIVE ME MY MONEY!!DO NOT BANK WITH THIS SORRY "COMPANY"
