“Dave and Norma are life savers!!! Mens warehouse really disappointed several times with my Tux for my wedding! I had 4 days to find a replacement and Dave and Norma made it happen!!! They went above and beyond!! The Taylor’s there are incredible!!! They overnighted and got me the perfect tux with the perfect fit and made sure I had the right bow tie and cuff links and all they cared about this whole time was making sure I was happy and that my tux would be there on time. I’m super thankful for these guys. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.”

From being asked immediately if I needed help by the first gentleman to being handed off seamlessly as one's shift ended, they we great. They listened to my preferences and style choices, gently guided me towards better choices where needed, and made the whole experience perfect and the reason why I went back here and will again.Note - I am lucky enough that my measurements required zero tailoring, so I have no input on that end.”

“Everyone is always so friendly whenever I walk in and I am always greeted the second I enter. The associates are very knowledgeable about their product and if they do not have the answer, they will let you know and try to figure it out by asking someone else, like their manager Kaikah, I appreciate how much she knows about the products and what's in store. The atmosphere there is very calming and the store is always so so clean. I used to come here prior to the new management and I always kinda felt mean girl vibes but coming in now, it's super welcoming. Kaikah let me know of any deals going on, and showed me where to find the product and all. I came in to purchased a hoodie here for my husband and some jeans for me. My husband wanted a specific all white hoodie and Kaikah went above and beyond to help us find one, ensuring that it was the correct size for him too. When I was searching for jeans, Kaikah ensured to let me know I could try them on, I swear I tried on a lot of jeans, but in the end, I appreciated that she let me know I could try them on so I wasn't just walking out of the store hoping the jeans looked good on me or that they fit. Highly recommended.”
“Manager Annesta was very patient and understanding when explaining unknown charges to our wedding rings- and we spent over an hour sorting out what happened because I no longer had the receipt for June and just a bill that recently came in July. Greatly appreciate her professionalism and that she took the time to explain the bill to us. We won’t continue to dispute it now that we understand and will oay it.”
“Had a small leak in my roof and called Your Roof Medic first thing in the morning. They were very helpful on the phone and had someone out a couple of hours later. Fixed my leak quickly and repaired a couple other spots and charged me exactly what he quoted. Great service and really nice people”
“I went to Macy's not too long ago to purchase many gifts. I was very overwhelmed the day that I went and I could not decide what to purchase. Luckily one of the fabulous employee who works at Macy's was able to assist me. I believe her name was Madilyn. Madilyn was PHENOMENAL!!!!! Her work ethic is off the charts, she was very understanding and did her job exquisitely. She was very patient with me and my needs and never seemed irritated or annoyed. This is what 5 star customer service looks like! I will come to the south hill Macy's if it means I can get help from Madilyn again.”

“It's been while since I've shopped at a Pacsun store. Last time I was shopped at one was when I used to reside in Cali (3yrs ago). Tonight was nice, not busy. They have good quality clothing. I don't shop much, however, I was able to find a great BOGO free deal on some joggers. Total came out to $33.00. I would return again.”

“This is a great store. Been there a few times the staff is knowledgeable and really know their stuff. Prices are reasonable and if they don't have it in the store, they can order it. Definitely a place to go for your hunting and fishing supplies,, as well as work gear.”
