I frequently visit O’Reilly Auto Parts for all my vehicle needs. Recently, I had a flat tire on the side of the road. My husband was busy at work, so I was in a bit of a bind. Just then, a car pulled up behind me, and to my surprise, it was Shay from O’Reilly’s, heading home after her shift.
Shay not only offered to help but went above and beyond by putting the spare tire on for me. She took the time to explain each step and showed me how to do it myself. Her kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference. Shay exemplifies exceptional customer service and deserves recognition for her outstanding assistance.

They where very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not the most car savvy but they where very approachable and gave good recommendations oh what I needed for my job. I would very much come back again. The woman with the neck tattoo was especially helpful and kind. She gave me great recommendations for my breaks without making me buy a bunch of unnecessary things as well. She is a great example why it's nice to go to brick and motor stores that you can't get online

No matter what O'Reilly I end up at in different cities in Washington, I always experience the best service. You guys hire the right people who care and that's the key!
Today, I had a simple task-- get windshield wiper blades. Trevor, the Store Manager, was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He even took the time to come out and inspect my wiper blades.
I ONLY SHOP AT O'Reilly because of this reason and I will never stray.
Keep up the great work! On-line businesses you can't beat this service! :)
