I went to pickup my food at the drive up and go, called to let them know I was there and they forgot about me for 20 minutes. I got tired of waiting and called again and the employee Garrett answered again and had forgotten about me, I could see him standing inside by the door on his phone the whole time I was waiting, he came up and brought me a “substitute” for my $20 worth of fried chicken. The substitute in question was a $4 box of pulled rotisserie chicken. I told him this is not what I ordered and he said this is all they had? He was obviously high on something, his personal hygiene was terrible and I could smell him from 30 feet away. Also, I ordered 2lbs of chicken and only received a half pound of the “chicken” I was brought. The replacement was so pathetic I was honestly speechless. I was only refunded for half of my transaction, I absolutely love the orting Safeway but this experience was very bizarre

The speaker system is too loud, good luck trying to call anyone at Safeway you will be silenced by the Safeway ads that seem to play at a massively higher volume than the music.

I am so consistently annoyed with this Safeway. They NEVER get all the bones out of salmon. Usually I get one or two when I eat which is annoying enough, but I just bought a filet that cost almost $20 and I can tell they didn't debone it AT ALL. Like come on, I am spending so much money on salmon, please make it worth my money and teach your employees to debone the salmon and do it properly. It's beyond irritating. I will keep this one star review up until your employees learn how to debone the salmon. That's not my job it's Safeways. Groceries are expensive enough as it is. I had to throw away my filet tonight because it was so hacked up with me trying to pick out bones for 30 minutes.
