“Exceptional customer service at this location. Kayla, the manager, respectfully followed up and communicated with a sense of urgency, answered all of our questions. The location is clean, well-secured with fencing, plenty of security cameras and on-site security overnight. Looked at several businesses in the area for pricing quotes, but it came down to a better level of customer service here. Kayla is a credit to this business because she was the deciding factor to rent here in addition to the the facilities.”

“Great customer service! Excellent place to work. The company absolutely loves and cares for their employees and the communities they serve. They do annual food drives (multiple times a year) for schools and food banks. They build hundreds of bicycles every year so that kids of struggling lower income families can get a nice new bike. They volunteer for community projects like park clean ups. As an employee myself I have received a lot of help from Murrey's. I was homeless with my wife and 2 kids when I first started working for Murrey's. They supplied my family with a full thanksgiving meal, Christmas gifts for not only my 2 kids but for my wife and myself as well. I have been working with them for less than a year and now they are giving me an opportunity to advance my career by going to school to get my CDL. Most of the other comments I'm seeing on here sound like people that either have been late paying their bills so their accounts were suspended and didn't like the answers they are given. The other comments are from people that don't seem to understand that even the slightest amount of ice on the roads can pose an extremely unsafe condition for very large commercial vehicles. Everyone at Murrey's that I have met, or had an opportunity to work with is nothing but 100% professional and extremely friendly. I find it very hard to believe that any has had issues with bad customer service and impolite or rude employees. ”
“I have been renting from Arm Guard for 17 years now. They have always been very friendly and I have never had any issues trying to access my storage unit. The units are heated and inside. I have even moved units within that time frame and they will always work with you. There even really nice when you forget to give your insurance when you switch companies. Security is awesome! There is someone there 24/7! I highly recommend!!”
“I had an absolutely outstanding experience here! The employee who helped me was incredible—professional, friendly, and impressively efficient. The entire process with them was just as fast (if not even faster!) than using the online system, which is already super easy and convenient on its own.
The facility itself is spotless. You can tell it’s kept in top-tier condition every single day. The heated units are well-maintained, comfortable to access, and clearly cared for. Even the bathrooms were clean and stocked, which says a lot—someone is obviously doing an excellent job staying on top of everything.

“I have used this storage facility a few times. We had sold our house in September of 2023 and needed storage ASAP. I was still in the hospital recovering from an amputation and really was no use to my husband with moving our belongings. They made our experience easy as usual. We kept the unit for a few months since we had moved back to Hawaii and the office staff are very personable and was always a joy to talk to. This is a great facility the price is right the location was good although I've always hated making that left turn into the facility lol BUT none the less they are Amazing to work with. Mahalo”
