She took the time to put absorption material down and clean it up...top notch employee, with a caring personality. Thank you!”
“I’ve been renting here (several units) for 3+ years and this facility is great!! It’s clean, safe, well lit and offers convenient access. And Georgiana… she is AMAZING!! This place would be lost without her! She offers exceptional customer service and is on top of EVERYTHING! I love that they offer Smart Lock units! No need to purchase cylinder locks that are useless when no longer needed. Easy app access and you can permit others to enter your unit via their app. And let’s not forget their generous promotions (75% off your first 2 months)! I highly recommend this location (Graham, WA). If you are looking for a safe, clean and fairly priced storage facility, this is the place - tell them Rochelle sent you!! 😊”

“Between the kiosk and the available associates, I was immediately taken care of. The kiosk gave a good vertual visual of the whole property layout and its current available units. However it wasn't until, ---I believe his name was Jason.. ?--- walked me directly to the 2 units, that I was having difficulties choosing between. All while breaking down my options clearly. Cleansly Very well kept building. Might be an older building, but you'd probably never know unless you were told, or know the difference between what a flaurecent and non flaurecent lights:D Overall, I'm glad I went to extraspace.”

“Great customer service! Excellent place to work. The company absolutely loves and cares for their employees and the communities they serve. They do annual food drives (multiple times a year) for schools and food banks. They build hundreds of bicycles every year so that kids of struggling lower income families can get a nice new bike. They volunteer for community projects like park clean ups. As an employee myself I have received a lot of help from Murrey's. I was homeless with my wife and 2 kids when I first started working for Murrey's. They supplied my family with a full thanksgiving meal, Christmas gifts for not only my 2 kids but for my wife and myself as well. I have been working with them for less than a year and now they are giving me an opportunity to advance my career by going to school to get my CDL. Most of the other comments I'm seeing on here sound like people that either have been late paying their bills so their accounts were suspended and didn't like the answers they are given. The other comments are from people that don't seem to understand that even the slightest amount of ice on the roads can pose an extremely unsafe condition for very large commercial vehicles. Everyone at Murrey's that I have met, or had an opportunity to work with is nothing but 100% professional and extremely friendly. I find it very hard to believe that any has had issues with bad customer service and impolite or rude employees. ”
“Great experience! My driver MJ Michaels really made the dread of moving across country a bit better for me and my family. We did a military move. My view of the moving company is all on MJ. He and his crew had respect for our house hold goods and he has the upmost respect for our military.”

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience here! The employee who helped me was incredible—professional, friendly, and impressively efficient. The entire process with them was just as fast (if not even faster!) than using the online system, which is already super easy and convenient on its own.
The facility itself is spotless. You can tell it’s kept in top-tier condition every single day. The heated units are well-maintained, comfortable to access, and clearly cared for. Even the bathrooms were clean and stocked, which says a lot—someone is obviously doing an excellent job staying on top of everything.
Between the great service, the smooth process, and the awesome prices and deals, this place really stands out. Highly recommend!”

“I've been using the storage facilities for nearly 5years now. I've never experienced a bad moment here other then the time I accidentally got locked in. Gates lock at the exact time posted. (Believe it is 9pm) highly suggest getting out no later then 8:55pm to be on the safe side.”

Like I told him, I ALWAYS get 2 Money Orders at the sametime: 1 for Apt Rent other for Storage. I was looking for something in my purse & came across a Envelope I use IF I have to put Payment in the Mailbox out front of office. I looked in it & Found the April 2026 Rent, so I gave him that & Aug 2026 the other day Personally!!”
