Stay FAR AWAY. I can't begin to describe the absolutely nightmare we have had dealing with this company. Our issues began in December 2023 when Isaiah added a line to our plan and completely screwed it up. And I mean, COMPLETELY. It has been pulling teeth and hair to get our account fixed, and here we are still being charged for services we do not have over a year later. Despite promises that they fixed our account - it's not fixed, and we're paying a crazy amount of money for service WE DONT HAVE. Literally, don't even look at this place let alone give them your business.

So the setting on my iPhone got turned off. I asked for help he noticed my screen protector was trashed he offered to fix it. Gave me a discount!

Merlin, the store representative solved a problem for me with his wonderful knowledge and great patience. He is super smart and kind. We need more people like him in Verizon stores. 👍👍👍

My husband and I had a great experience at our Verizon store in Orting. We switched from Concast to Verizon(bundled phones and internet). Deyvi did a great job and saved us a LOT of money! Thanks Deyvi for your great customer service!

I have to Acknowledge this person name Dayvi at this particular location. He was very Attentive and Professional. He assisted me in all my concerns about upgrading my phone. He took time to address all my concerns and if he didn't have the answer; he called his Supervisor to insure he was giving me the correct information.

I had an excellent experience at Orting Verizon store purchasing my new phone and setting up service. I had the best rep. Isaiah was very knowledgeable, had great customer service skills and made this transition seemless. I recommend going to that store and specifically going through Isaiah for anything you need at Verizon. Top stars all around!!

Took time off work to come to the Orting location. Arrived at 1:25pm to find a "away until 2pm" sign on the door. Waited until 2:20pm and nobody showed up - both numbers on the door just got to a general phone number.
