5 Star Plus. Large paved area. Shipping & Receiving Big Sign and parking for check in & out. S&R staff polite, friendly and professional. They treated me like I’m human! Restroom (not outhouse). Plenty of space for backing. Loaders polite and helpful. Overnight parking (quiet). Every lineage, every shipper every receiver should be this great. And every driver should respond in kind. Worst place to get loaded. Though the staff was good but the time they took to complete loading process was insane.. I checked in 1620 hrs for 1700 hrs appt and got dock at 1845 hrs they started loading at 2130 hrs and i got out of the premises at 2300 hrs.... in total 7hrs for loading be prepare all

They working exactly on time and it's a nice people. It's a nice to be stopped by over there anytime and do business with them.
Specially, you can scale your load. That's very nice.

The Broker and the shipper sucks.
They are professionals at wasting time. Way to much time in between arrival and appointment or departure and appointment.

8.29.25...I arrived on time at 947a for my appt. I was told to park and wait for a call to a door. I received a call around 1006a. A gentleman came out to grab my paperwork and lock my airline by 1111a. They began loading me right away and was done by 1145a. Had my bills in hand at 1256p. There are a few spots for overnight parking. The people were nice as well.

Called here about being early was gave the idea would be very possible typical lineage facilities why you're bills have Columbia cold storage and not lineage and they wonder why drivers want haul their heavy freight. I want be back for no amount of money

overall an excellent experience. Ariana in the office was very friendly and professional, as well as the loader. in a door 3 hrs before my appt time of 3:30pm, loaded weighed and checked out by that time. plenty of parking, and scale across the street at McCain

Give you dock 2-3 hours early from your appointment if you checked in 10-12 hours before your appointment

Loved working with Ariana at the desk!! She was seeet, knowledgeable and efficient. She even pointed us out to great burritos while we waited. Great set up and great people. Had us out on the road quickly!! Hola from the Texans to Othello!!!!

Great customer service, super friendly people loaded early had a 07:30 appointment pulled up at 17:30 got to a door at 23:30 loaded by 00:30 paper work in hand by 01:00 love coming to this place overnight parking and Angie it's extremely friendly and extremely nice to as a person
