Came just in time for the new ownership of Joe Creek Condos and I have zero complaints. Mary and Mike are the nicest people and will go above and beyond for you. Rooms are well kept amd it really feels like home away from home.

Stayed in #1, Smelled like dog as soon as you open the door. The wicker chairs made me break out due to dogs being on them. Awesome water pressure. Bed was nice and firm. Sheets are cheap and scratchy. Great location. Good parking. No fans when it was warm we had to open one window and the front door.

I'm here long-term. Easily the best option if you want to be able to prepare breakfast for the kids and that kind of thing. Very clean, very well lit. Good wifi. Only the lower rooms are accessible (no elevator).

I stay here for work weekly. The ownership has changed, so when looking at some of the older comments, take that into consideration. The patio space was redone to include hottubs, extra grills, and lounging furniture. The owners provide contact information and are always around to help when something goes wrong. When I forgot a wine opener she was at my door within 5 mins with one for me. I recommend this place to all my friends that want a great experience while traveling to the coast.

Bring your own coffee and coffee marker a nice non stick skillet would be a good idea. Loved it and would go back again

Yes. Plenty of rooms to choose from. Yes, no service in sight. Yes is a easy to find location on the way to the beach camp grounds. This is the only place to do aundry if you need clean clothes. Sometimes laundry works. Sometimes it dosnt. It's a hit and miss. Sometimes the dryers are so loaded with fuzz inside beneath where the lint trap is up inside the dryers its a wonder how this place hadn't burnt down already. The lady who is ocasionally in the office is really cool.Walkability: Store next door and a Cafe and bar on the other end of the store. Arts building across the street. There are Other hotels in the area.

So let’s talk about the Joe Creek Condos. This was my first ever trip to Pacific Beach and the Olympic Peninsula. I had fully planned to camp at Kalaloch but a late winter snowstorm arrived and I didn’t want to cancel my trip so I found the Condos via airbnb.Upon arriving and at first glance the condos appear to be an older motor lodge. And, that is true. The motor lodge was fully renovated, tastefully appointed and the condos were born. So, I’m a complete foody. When places say they have a fully equipped kitchen I always pack my camping kitchen supplies anyway, usually finding some burned out pans and a couple utensils. Let me tell you, the Joe Creek Condos truly have a fully outfitted kitchen and I was easily able to prepare all my favorite meals I had planned. They even supplies spices!All of the aforementioned speaks volumes of the best amenity to the Joe Creek Condos. The real and true best amenity that the Condos have are the owners. Fletcher and Janet, while being very busy individuals who are bi-vocational, went above and beyond to ensure my Daddy/Daughter 3 night Spring Break trip was amazing. They went out of their way to introduce themselves to me, repeatedly checked in, offered personal items to enhance our time at the beach, politely answered questions when I had them, and were simply the most amazing hosts I have ever run across! So, please, please, if you are considering a trip to Pacific Beach check out the Joe Creek Condos. They are a simple accommodation, extremely clean and are well maintained by their attentive owners. I couldn’t have been more surprised and pleased at this last ditch effort, shifting plans to make a special trip with my daughter. I for sure will be back again, and again, and again if nothing else just to chat with Janet and Fletcher. The owners are true salt of the earth people who have their priorities in the right place.

New owner's are amazing!! Amazing meaning that they care about their establishment and the guests needs and comfort. New flooring, Paint, linens, etc. Penthouse offers a view that the more you look at the more you appreciate. Rooms are not overly clean and nitpicked but are oceanly comfortable to where you and your kids and family pet can relax and enjoy the time you get to spend here. Need to hurry though rooms fill quickly as even the location is in demand!!!!

One of the heating units was broken and the other could not keep the unit at a decent temperature. The beds were not comfortable. It was close to the beach. The lock on the door was temperamental.

We had reservations and HAD to prepay, which should have been a red flag to begin with! On the day we were to arrive, daughter got diagnosed with COVID, rather than cause HUGE cleaning expenses to the condo, we decided to stay home. When asked for a partial refund or even cleaning fees refunded, Laurie REFUSED "We are not offering refunds at this time" this is lousy customer service and will spread the word to all "DO NOT STAY HERE"
