I would hands down not recommend this venue in any capacity to anyone considering getting married there. My wife and I got married there this past weekend and it was an absolute train wreck! (Definitely not what we were expecting from our wedding day especially after spending over $5,500 to have it there) From the get go, we worked with Bridget, and she was very difficult to work with. Emails sent to her sometimes required multiple follow ups to get any kind of answer. There was a huge lack of attention to detail and she seemed to forget everything requiring us to repeat ourselves multiple times and even send her prior emails where she had already agreed to things. All of our other wedding vendors also had negative feedback regarding Bridget as well, stating they reached out to her for guidance and she wouldn’t call or email them back which was frustrating for them. On the day prior to our wedding, we were scheduled to meet with Bridget at Townhall to drop off all of our decor items and cake. Upon arrival we called her phone three times and it was disconnected and we could not get a hold of anyone to let us in to drop off our decor and our cake which needed to be refrigerated. This was extremely frustrating. We ended up calling the main Seabrook Hospitality phone number and approximately 20 to 25 minutes later. We finally got a hold of Bridget and she sent someone to come let us in. The actual day off our wedding there were multiple disasters, our chairs at our ceremony site were not set up the way we had instructed Bridget and there were extra chairs which made the ceremony look very empty. There was a random employee of Seabrook Town Hall that we didn’t know sitting at our ceremony and he barked like a dog twice during the ceremony, which was extremely unprofessional and made me and my wife very upset because now we have a video of some random person barking while we’re trying to say our vows. Cocktail Hour was supposed to take place on the front lawn but for some reason, someone had opened the doors to Townhall so guest were able to see and access the reception site before they were supposed to. Our ceremony arch was supposed to be moved to Town Hall and placed behind our sweetheart table for our reception and it wasn’t. Upon entering Townhall to survey our reception, I immediately realized that all of our tables were set up completely backwards. (I had sent Bridget the hand drawn floor map in advance at least five times.) and also that the arch was missing. Our day of coordinator actually had to spring to action and redo all of the tables and then eventually after I threw a fit, someone brought the arch in while we were eating and placed it behind us, which was just really awkward. The cake was also not placed where it was supposed to be, the DJ was in the completely wrong spot, and it just seemed like everything that we told Bridget was not followed through with. She had swapped out our tables and they were too narrow to do family style, but we had told her months in advance. We were doing family style, so I’m not sure why she wouldn’t know that those tables were not conducive to family style and because of this, we ended up having to do a buffet, which was not how we wanted the food presented at all. We didn’t want our guests to have to get up and go get their food plus our caterer had not brought items for a buffet so the whole thing was a mess. Furthermore, we were supposed to have two glasses of champagne when signing our marriage license, and upon arrival to the loft to sign them, there was no champagne anywhere. There were two cocktails, instead, which we did not request and at the end of our wedding. There was a big fuss made about the fact that we couldn’t leave our wedding until we paid for those two cocktails, I did not even drink one of them it got bussed/cleared by a server and so it was just really frustrating that we paid for two drinks we didn’t even order when we only drank one.

It's hard not to walk through the town square of Seabrook and not think that you've somehow been transported into Stepford, Connecticut, but fortunately the people who live and work here aren't anything like the wooden or robotic women of that fictional town. Far from it, in fact: everyone we interacted with, from toy store to tavern, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and warm...which is more than can be said about the weather!
Being situated on the central Washington coast, Seabrook is rarely ever going to be a balmy, tropical paradise (well, unless climate change performs some miracles later this century), but it is still something that has to be seen to be believed: picture-perfect village springing up out of the ground, virtually in the middle of nowhere, manifesting only due to the will and diligence of a single, hard-working couple, the Roloffs. Without their vision, Seabrook would literally not exist.
Something like 80% of the houses in the village are rentals, so the actual population of Seabrook is pretty small. But for those who have chosen to call it home, Seabrook is as close to idyllic as one can imagine a town could be. Over the last 20 years, it has expanded to include additional neighborhoods, two public swimming pools, a Montessori school, multiple shops, boutiques, restaurants, taverns, an arcade, a fantastic local market, and more that I am sure I am forgetting. There are also miles of walkable trails, many of them forested and, of course, that amazing beach, with its always-accessible view from anywhere in town square.
It's clean. It's safe. It's the American Dream as pictured on a postcard. It's Seabrook. And there's nothing like it anywhere.

Please Note: This review is for the breakfast buffet Saturday morning.tl;dr: Ask if you can do a walk-through to look at the food before you pay.We received a text message Saturday morning about a brunch buffet, featuring French toast, eggs, mimosas, etc, for $20 per person. Given how great the rest of our Seabrook experience had been going, we arrived with the expectation of excellence in food, service, and ambience, none of which we found here.It was located in the basement of the building, not very easy to find. When we walked in, there was nobody at the door, but someone sitting at a table told us to wait because we pay first and then get seated. There was a bell to ring, so after a minute, I rang it, and someone came out of the back. We paid (including the tip), and she handed us each a plate. Then, we were to do everything else ourselves. I thought they might at least bring us coffee and water or refills, but there was no service like that of any kind. The food selection was bare. Fruit included only grapes and oranges. The only toast option was brioche (that you toast yourself), with what looked like homemade strawberry preserves (literally the only good food I had there, so props to whoever made it because it was delicious.) The scrambled eggs were spongy and tasteless. The French toast was stale and rubbery. The one bite I was able to take was not appetizing. The rest of the food options were: potatoes (tasted day-old heated up), sausage (burnt black, took one bite but it was too dry and tasteless for another), bacon (greasy but average I guess), and biscuits and gravy (tasted like it was made from a box). I wouldn't complain about this food and having left so hungry if I hadn't paid 10X what I thought it was worth, plus tipping for no service. Also, no new plates were provided for going back to the buffet for more. The coffee was just average. There was a selection of teas. Paper and plastic cups for beverages. Again, all self-serve. We did not get any alcoholic beverages, but they were available for purchase. As for the atmosphere, we were basically in a basement with no decor. There were white tablecloths, but that was about as good as it got.The text message was quite misleading, and with how upscale the rest of Seabrook is, this was severely disappointing. Do better, Seabrook.

My cousin got married here and it was beautiful. It was raining pretty bad and a cold windy day so they needed to move the reception inside instead of having it outdoor at their cottage, the staff sprung into action and made it happen!

Went to a wedding here and the first thing that came to mind was Dianeyland...the buildings look like beautiful replicas like they have at Disneyland. It was quaint and lovely. When all is done, it will be a great get away place.

We were here for a wedding, and it was a great venue. The old-fashioned looks just begs for photos to be taken. There were about 85 seats, and it was bordering on cramped, but 75 or less shouldn't be an issue. The bar area downstairs was also a bit small for that large of a crowd. The loft upstairs was a great additional seating area for dinner. The food was excellent! Appetizers included stuffed mushrooms and a prime rib bruschetta. Dinner included chicken, salmon, potatoes, zucchini, salad, rolls and a squash soup.
