1)Price jumped from $90/mo to $126/mo.
2)I cleaned out my unit 5 days prior to move out date. Emailed ABC to see if i needed to leave lock or take it off. I told them I left it on the door with key in it.
They wrote me 4 days later (which was a day after my move out date) and said i will still be charged until i take the lock off. They are about 50' from my unit. They can't unlock the lock with the key in it take the lock off and throw it away?
Otherwise, it was a clean facility.

Only issue I had was finding the correct phone # to contact the person to open the gate, otherwise, the attendant was very helpful

I was really impressed with Brandon at ABC Mini Storage. I didn't know how big of a storage unit I needed. I just knew all the contents of my house needed to fit in it. He was extremely helpfulI and had multiple ideas which helped me make my decision. He also made sure I got the best possible rate/ promotional rates. Even though I was late to my appointment with him, he took his time explaining everything, helping me with the paperwork, and assured my gate code worked. He never made me feel rushed even though the office closed shortly after I arrived. Brandon provides excellent customer service and I would recommend ABC Mini Storage to anyone that asks. On a side note, I've never been to such a clean storage facility. The entire property was spotless.

I love the wide open spaces between buildings. The price is right, and Brandon was wonderful. He took time to in explaining things took us around.

Had auto pay set up, they changed the auto pay date without notifying me. Card was in good standings. Wouldn't wave the late fee as apparently it was my fault they changed the date. Changes happen and I'm ok with that, but I'm not ok paying extra because they didn't notify me about the date change.

This place is a nice and quiet place.. Not too crowded. I like how Darien at front desk was very helpful and patient with the issues I was having with my reservation. I like how the company also offer free carts and dollys for our move in as well. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because there was no way for us to cancel a reservation or even go back to the reservation we reserved and actually book the unit. Think yall need to provide a link on the site where we can just type in our reservation number to retrieve that reservation and process it. Overall it was a good experience. Will recommend to friends and family!! Thank you!
