I purchased a Freightliner Cascadia here. While I did run into some issues early on — including a breakdown within the first week and some warranty frustrations — the parts department has been very helpful. They carry items that are hard to find elsewhere, and that has saved me time more than once.
Overall, my experience wasn’t perfect, but the availability of parts and support from the staff make this a place worth considering if you run Freightliner equipment.

Tami Berg!!!!! The star! I didn’t have a VIN or part number, but she still found the exact part I needed for my truck—no hassle at all. I just explained what I was looking for, and she knew exactly what to do. Most places won’t even try without a VIN, but she really goes above and beyond. Super helpful, knows her stuff, and actually listens. Definitely not like the others. Highly recommend!

The experience at Freightliner Northwest in Washington was exceptional. Be careful when buying parts from there parts department ! Had a rep verbally tell me the return policy than play dumb to the fact when I came back to return the next day… There’s no terms stated on receipt that states no return but they refuse to refund me for the unused part I purchases… Be very very carful you’ll end up out of pocket hundreds possibly thousands
