The drivers are dangerous and unaware of their surroundings. I had to merge out of my lane since they decided to jump across two lanes to get on I-5. This has happened multiple times.

Should be zero stars. Good luck getting someone to ever contact you regarding your delivery or pickup. Same old BS line 4 times now -someone will contact you within 48 hours. 10 days later still no contact.

Unreliable and unhelpful. I scheduled a pick-up for June 13th and was given a ridiculous 12-hour window for when they would arrive. I stayed home from 8am - 8pm and even cancelled an appointment only for them to never show up. They told me they would reach out in 48 hours to reschedule. I never received communication. I called again today, and they said they can't get ahold of the warehouse and that they'll reach out to schedule in 48 hours again. I don't trust that they'll actually call at this point and it is impossible to get in touch with someone that can help shed light into what is going on.

Was expecting my delivery on 4/18 and it was out for delivery between 1-5pm so I waited all day and no one ever showed up or called. I had to call customer service where they said it would be marked as a missed delivery and would be rescheduled. There is no way to reach the warehouse and reschedule and my tracking is stuck saying out for delivery for 4/18. I sure hope I hear from someone to bring my delivery ASAP next week considering I should have received it on Friday.
They are now telling us it could be another week or 2 before our order has a route out to our area.

Worst Delivery Company Ever!! They are also called NSD if you see this just buy some where else!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬Zero customer service support, the $2500 chair has not been delivered and they can’t even get a response from their own terminals. It’s a week late at this point. Just gonna get refund and buy from local stores instead of #Amazon

The WORST return experience I've ever had!!
No communication, didn't call back when they say they will. A delivery guy came to pick up our broken item after I canceled the return because we had enough with them. The delivery guy didn't know what company he is working with so he came up and pick a different item instead. Now they have no idea what to do about it and I'm stuck with a broken item and paid for two items

Took multiple days of work just for them to not deliver and reschedule. Final try was a no call/no show.
Ended up having to refund the item with Amazon after it was delayed by over a week, total and I ended up just going to a big box store.
Will not order larger items from Amazon again, because I can’t trust scheduled deliveries to reliable when HubGroup is doing the final mile.

Ordered a vanity top form Home depot. Hub group delivered the first one and it was broken, Ordered another one was supposed to be delivered March 1st. Tracked package and stated weather delay.
The package was at seatac in Washington and the roads from Seatac to Chehalis were not bad. I called again Monday March 4th and again weather delay said it would be delivered on the 5th. Again the roads from Seatac to Chehalis were driveable. And again they said weather delay. Sun is out and shining. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Very poorly automated systems leave this customer frustrated and poorly served. an crudely automated voice message was left on my landline giving me just a few hours to confirm delivery. It did not leave a phone number or website to contact them with. Amazon, the shipper, had no connection with their system and wasn't very good at telling me how to contact them.

Hub Group delivered to my house for Home Depot. The driver accidentally busted a hose spigot off the side of my house. Although the driver was very nice and apologetic, the manager of this local location was a complete tool. He offered no apology and eventhough I had to go without water until the situation was fixed he offered no apology and pretty much shrugged his shoulders and said, "There's nothing gonna be done till Monday." I recommend asking Home Depot if this group is delivery material and ask for someone else.
