Took our bluewater inboard in for service. We have been having the same problem for years and the shop it was at before said it was fixed. It never was. Now since Dillon worked on it,finally no issues. The boat is running perfect. Not stalling no lag and running amazing. Thank you for all your hard work Dillon. And they have Military discount. I would definitely recommend checking these guys out

Always great service. I've bought two boats from Russ. Next boat will also come from Limit Out. Chris in service also does a great job of rigging the boat and helping me stay on top of maintenance. Quotes and actual costs are super accurate. 10/10 sales and service.

Chris, the Managing Mechanic, is probably the best boat mechanic in the Pacific NW. His customer service skills are off the charts and he genuinely cares about mariner safety of a fully operational boat on the waters of the Puget Sound or any waterway. Extremely knowledgable about boats, motors, and fishing gear of all local fresh & salt species. The tackle shop is full of the latest lures of what is working currently on the water. This is a top notch business managed by top professionals.

Well where should I begin? I am so impressed with the service I received I brought in my boat to get a Garman 40 reactor installed. Not only it was installed professionally. They took me on the water explain to me everything. I am very very impressed with her Service now I don’t have to go far to service my boat. Thank you so much Kurt

I called to make a service appointment a couple weeks ago. They asked for my boat year, make, model, motor type etc. They told me they were about a week out which I was fine with. Shortly after I scheduled my appointment, they called back and said “actually, we have some time this week to take a look at your boat if you can bring it in sooner”. I was thrilled and brought by boat same day.When I dropped off the boat, they told me they were not confident they could work on it because it was so old. It’s a 1996…why did they not mention this when I scheduled my appointment? No clue. I left it anyway because I already made the effort to bring it to them and they said they would take a look.A week later, still no response on the boat. I called them and told them I had an appointment booked at another repair shop and asked if they had looked at it yet. They had not. No notes or even an effort to look at the boat. They told me I could come pick it up. What a waste of time. Service was “meh” upon pickup and drop off of the boat.Communication is key and they lack it! Keep this in mind if you have an older boat and want to bring it here.

Nice friendly service, however I'm wondering how much time the trolling motor technician actually gets to work on trolling motors because he also covers the front desk & runs business errands which in my opinion takes time away from working on trolling motors for customers like myself. Just an observation.

I was in the market for a new boat, and had been hitting craigslist and OfferUp really hard. During this I had gone to Limit Out for some fishing tackle. If you haven't seen their selection of tackle, rods, and reels you have to venture down. But while there I noticed a boat in the showroom which was exactly what I was looking for. I went home and thought about it for a couple of days then decided to email to see if they still had it. Russ Baker the owner emailed back, and was very responsive to my questions and emails. After making the decision to purchase it Russ continued to be amazing. I'm definitely pleased that I picked Limit Out for my boat.
