I recently posted a very poor review to this company, however it was a mistake on my part.I intended on reviewing Premier trailer and somehow I ended up leaving a very poor review for NWL.I spoke to the owner and thankfully she explained that she was not with Premier leasing. She was very professional and very understanding even though my negligence reflected poorly on her business.I will be deleting that review as it was not intended to land on NWL reviews. I apologize to NWL and Heidi for such a horrible mistake. I am sorry.

We have been using New Way Leasing for over 3 years now. Their prices can't be beat, and Heidi, Ken, and Gary have always been extremely responsive, helpful, and taken care of any issues we have promptly. They have gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions, helping us out of tight situations and are always very friendly. It has been a pleasure working with them and we look forward to continuing to do so.

Hi there, we needed to rent 10-14, 53" empty dry van trailers for a work project in the Kent area & I came across New Way Leasing. Best find yet!!! They had competitive rates, compared to all the rental trailer companies in the Seattle area with nice, big, clean trailers. The owner Heidi is a sweetheart and goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. She goes to great lengths to make sure the transaction is smooth as possible and even follows up and makes sure you are 100% satisfied! New Way Leasing will always be our go to for rental trailers! Heidi is a pleasure to work with! She is very prompt, kind, and extremely helpful. Not only did she provide our company with what we needed when no other company could, she was even able to assist us a few days later with another last minute request due to her great customer service and large inventory. We will continue doing business Heidi long term. Her driver and yard manager, Ken, was also helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend New Way Leasing!

Where are small family-owned business and in the beginning we couldn't get bigger companies to Lease trailers without two years of operation. That said I met Heidi through a friend of mine she worked with us provided the trailers we needed to grow in to make money Ken's who does all of her yard work is a great mechanic he is very helpful in the trailer service and other areas of trucking together they are the reason that we have grown thank you Heidi
