The lady in the office shooed me out and told me to wait until the other is done but it's my first time and how would I know the proper way. Too rude for customer service. And the tow price? $500 cash if you use credit additional 5%. Total rip off.

This company is still rude and inconsiderate. As you can see by current reviews. Just so you know I posted a negative review on yelp 12 years ago and got a private message sent to me saying " you crazy". Seriously??? It's a shame that their negative reviews have not enlightened them at all. Maybe they just have too much money to give a crap because they certainly don't care about their customers for the most part. More people that have been ripped off by them should be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

They towed my van illegally, then held it hostage for $800 after it was there for a day. Some tow companies are worse than others and this one is probably the worst. I've seen multiple negative reviews and you can rest, assured that you want to stay away from this company. They're even worse than the government legally robbing people of their means of transportation.

Prepare to go to court if you have to unfortunately deal with this dump. This place is just a typical scam company. Everyone there is clearly doped out of their minds which is why they have zero ethics (work or otherwise) so they can rack up a debt and go buy more dope. Ive seen it a million times. Illegal tows, employees that are incompetent. Gross.Like I said, be prepared to take them to court. Shouldn't be a difficult win. The incompetence is palpable.

The actual Customer Service was good. The charges for towing and storage are outrageous!!! Your car is held hostage and you have no choice but to pay it or loose your car in an auction after 3 weeks!!! You have to try to get your case before a Towing Court to try and get some of your money back.

These are the absolute worse towing company you could possibly use. They overcharge. Going for the maximum amount possible. They refuse to allow you to see your vehicle prior to signing documents, they mock you while inside the office and continue to defend their shady practices. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this company each time they have been dealt with.

I know getting your car towed isn't supposed to be in any way shape or form enjoyable or even tolerable but Benjamin and Luke actually made it not that bad of a Time and since I didn't have to pay for the tow the person who got it towed did I actually enjoyed getting it out LOL thanks guys

My ex parked my van up by Muckleshoot and ended getting it towed. As the owner I of course had to be the one to go retrieve it from the tow yard. The guys that were working there Benjamin and Luke were totally awesome they were very courteous and professional!! It was overall a good experience if you can have a good experience after getting your vehicle towed LOL thanks a lot guys for being light-hearted about the whole situation when I got there I wasn't happy but I left smiling! And ladies neither one of them was hard to look at LOL Thanks again guys!

GREAT service!With a couple of phone calls, I was able to get a tow for my dad, and find out exactly what I needed to do for the insurance company's reimbursement. All done in a VERY timely manner. All done with kindness and care...Thank you!

i had my rental car towed and received the worst customer service i have ever experienced. i walked in and asked some questions being i’m only 22. immediately i was met with an attitude when i asked for an itemized receipt before they had me pay nearly 500$ to get my car out (same day mind you). as all of this was going on all you could hear behind the desk was men cussing like sailors to the point where i could barely speak with the woman at the front. i highly do not recommend and will be telling everyone about this terrible experienceService: Car towing

First of all this is actually a 0 star rating. These clowns towed my truck from a spot that wasn't meant to be towed from until the next day. So the day they towed it was still in a good parking spot. Made me get off work early to go pick it up from sumner. Owners are a joke and nobody there has any customer service. Very rude and staunchy. Hope this company gos under soon.

Unprofessional, vehicle was unlawfully towed, someone at the company got into my locked truck without permission, front desk lady lied about facts I found on the disclosed paperwork.

There is a drug house in my neighborhood with a bad habit of parking cars that block access to my property. The police won't do anything because it's easement / private road. I called Noffke's and they were very helpful in explaining the options, they were able to dispatch a truck right away to remove the most recent vehicle that was abandoned in my driveway, backed in to a tree. Driver was professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommended if you have tweaker problems in your neighborhood.Service: Car towing

What a legal racket! But....Hey, if ya wanna rip ppl off... get into the towing business, it's legal to drain a person's bank account, and they feel great doing it too!!! I wouldn't give them a star if there was a way to do that!!! This place is the worst
