Pulled into Sound truck and trailer repair with an ABS light on. They got to me within 20 minutes and was repaired within 1.5 hours. I would recommend then to anyone who needs trailer repair. Office staff and service tech were professional and outstanding.

Had an air leak on side of hwy and need a quick fix ASAP so I can deliver my load on time. Called STTR & and they were able to get someone to us within an hour and they had me rolling fast AND I WAS ABLE TO MAKE MY DELIVER. THANK YOU GUYS SOOO MUCH. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Very professional and most importantly they are very good at diagnosing and repairing. I have taken my food truck there for everything from regular routing maintenance to big jobs. They will have always been great to work with!

Well they are kinda shady to be completely honest. Had them fix a door and they completely messed it up and when I brought it in to be fixed since they didn't do a good job the first time I got charged 240$ for them to fix their mistake all the time being blamed for it breaking even though they were the cause of it breaking the second time. I would not recommend this shop for any fixes.

Finally found one of the best repair shops in the state of Washington. The mechanic who took care of us is outstanding in his field. AC compressor went out in semi, very fast work. Very nice people.

This place went above and beyond! Found more than we bargained for, but actually FIXED everything. So many shops take shortcuts. Not here. The trailer is perfect now. Warning: the lot is EXTREMELY tight and very full. Do NOT pull all the way back with a 53, you will regret it!

??Wrongly diagnosed? over the phone and refused to provide advertised service. Was told they wouldn't be interested in my starting issue, "shorts are hard to track down". Told them is wasn't a short. It wasn't I went out and found the ground was loose and needed cleaning up to the new starter system.? It was an easy fix I performed myself. Thanks STS for picking and choosing what's "easy" instead of listening to the customer and providing what you advertise. Could of been a profitable service call. Instead I saved that money and learned? more about my rig. ?

They are Knowledgeable- They answered all of our questions regarding tires and rim sizes available for our 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500.
