Packwood Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store that is part of the community and committed to being "the Helpful Place." The customer service is amazing, best around, and the employees are the helpful hardware folks. They are so kind, so helpful, and friendly, living up to their slogan. Employees go above and beyond, are patient, and do not rush customers, even when closing soon. They help find exactly what is needed and explain how to install it. They are more than nice and helpful with projects like mixing paint for a tile project, with amazing end results. It is a convenient shopping experience with personal service and quality products from local experts. They even offer popcorn. Helping customers is the most important thing they do, making it a very easy and helpful visit.

Not the greatest selection, overpriced like the rest of the town, but the staff was really nice so I'd return next time im in town and that's the only reason for the 4 stars

During a recent camping we trip, we visited this Ace a couple times. The employees were AMAZING! They definitely lived up to the slogan of being the happy hardware folks. So kind. So helpful. Best customer service around!!
