  Very clean and friendly place the lady stayed past closing just to let me dry my clothes .

  I had a great experience here. Not sure why there are so many poor reviews. The place was clean. The man working there was friendly, even asked me if I needed help taking the clothes to the car. There were several machines that were out of order but there were so many available that were functioning so it was not an issue. I definitely will come here again.

  The place looks run down but it's due to vandalism I take it with the washers work good the dryers are good they even have some video games and a pinball game which I kind of liked I definitely will go there again just to play that pinball machine and watch some more clothes

  Do NOT come here. I repeat do NOT come here and warn all the people you know not to come here. Let me put it this way, you might as well not do your laundry than come here. It's that bad. If I could give 0, ZERO, stars I would. What should've taken my husband and I 80-90 minutes to do took us waaay longer with half the machines not working, a few washers without glass on their doors, some of the dryers not working after paying through the app, no laundry carts to help move clothes from washer to dryer, no one manning the laundromat (which I've been to the unmanned laundromat on 38th street in Tacoma several times with no problems and its smaller). I've been to some rundown laundromats but at least their machines were in working order, they had laundry carts, and they didn't steal our hard earned money. Here? RUN!

  I’ve lost so much money in these machines, majority don’t work. When you put money in after a while the machine gives you an error message. Last time I went I went to the front and sat in my car to wait and came back half of my things were missing AND the dryer was broke. Take your money elsewhere

  DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, CLOTHING, SAFETY. I don't know why they even open their doors in the morning . Probably 90% of the washer and dryers do not work. Many of them don't even have doors and/glass. The large one ($10.75) I used worked for about 5 mins before it went out of order leaving me with super heavy clothes to pack out of here. And of course they don't have any laundry carts to use. One of the machines was cycling without water ($8.75) The third one seems to be working fine. The office here is unmanned. They do have a number you can text for assistance , the only solution they offer is a refund ..in cash..via USPS. SO NOT SAFE OR CONVENIENT. The 'manager' or whomever responds to the text said the refund is coming from MAPLE VALLEY so yeah, no one is local to help if something goes wrong which it inevitably will ..BEWARE

  My first time there and the attendant wouldn’t answer me until I spoke louder. I asked about how to get the payment card and load it. She rolled her eyes and said follow the directions. What we did not know was that the machines automatically stop working at 730 pm. She sees my daughter and I loading our machine and says NOTHING. Than wouldn’t answer me when I asked if she knew why the machine took our money but didn’t start. She just kept walking away while I was asking her questions and kept giving me a scowl. She pointed at a small transparent sign on the door no laundry past 730pm. She could’ve told me that but chose not to. It’s nice and clean inside and has a lot of machines but the white blonde older but short lady has horrible customer service.

  Place is relatively cheap, but a third of the washers and dryers don’t work.Washer #30 stole $7.25 from meWasher # 1 stole $3.25 from meStill waiting for a refund. Will update this post if i get a refund.As of 11/26/23 @19:20 hours don’t use washer #30

  I've lost quite a bit of money in there half the machines don't work no type of carts to transport your clothing from washer to dryer to table no restroom there or nearby I saw a cockroach last time I was there I'm impressed with the quick drying time of the dryers
