Based on my personal experience, I had a very disappointing situation at this UPS Store.
On September 26, I visited this location to send my iPhone using a USPS label provided by Xfinity for a trade-in promotion. Before handing over my phone, I clearly asked the staff if they could assist with sending a USPS-labeled package, and I was told that they could.
I provided my iPhone, paid $2.52 for packaging/label, and was told that everything was completed and that I was “good to go.” I was not provided with a receipt or tracking number. I asked about this at the time and was again told that everything was fine.
In November, Xfinity informed me that they never received the iPhone, which resulted in the loss of my trade-in promotion and additional charges. I then contacted USPS, who advised that the package was never scanned in their system and suggested that I follow up with the original drop-off location.
I returned to this UPS Store multiple times and later spoke with the store manager. I explained the situation in detail and provided bank transaction proof showing payment made at this location on September 26. I was informed that without a tracking number, the store was unable to further investigate, and that no additional records or footage could be reviewed due to time limitations.
Unfortunately, the matter was left unresolved, and I did not receive a clear explanation of what happened to the device. As a result, I lost both my phone and the associated promotional value.
I am sharing this review to document my experience and to encourage others to ensure they receive proper documentation and tracking information when shipping valuable items.

Best independently owned UPS store. Staff are knowledgeable, accessible by phone and well staffed. They have a self service kiosk and are amazingly efficient with processing and packaging shipments.

Was here at about 10:30 AM on 9/20 and the young guy at the counter was 10/10 with helping me get some vinyl records shipped. Took a lot of care in packaging them up perfectly for me. Really appreciated his help and effort, it means a lot. 🤙

Tony was great and helpful in processing my return. I had forgotten my return label and he was patient, helpful, and guided me to the computer so I could print it myself all while not making me feel like an inconvenience. It was awesome service, well done and appreciated.

It’s 8:06 am Monday morning and nobody is here the ace hardware guy said he had to call the ups person and that they were on their way who knows how long that’ll take like literally I’m just dropping off I could’ve easily used the kiosk if they left it on it would be so much easier for customers to utilize after business hours until Ace was closed

I was greeted upon arrival, great customer service, she didn’t ignore me while waiting in line and made eye contact while saying hello with a friendly smile. This is what I look for in businesses and this worker met that simple yet big task on my day. I was helped quickly and she took care of my returned items efficiently.
