If possible I'd give negative stars! Went in for an upgrade, paid for upgrade then was told they don't have the phone in store! Said they would have it in less then 48hrs. Goin on day 3 and still no phone. Very unprofessional store definitely would not recommend.

Bought a Galaxy 7 watch for my wife elsewhere, but they were quite willing to help her set it up with her AT&T phone.

Jesus was very helpful and I really enjoyed him. I came in to pay my bill and purchase a charger. He was so helpful and got me exactly what I needed.

Do not trust these guys. And when you come in to question what they promised you they get an attitude. Was told to call their customer service which I have and have been hung up On twice now and absolutely no help. I am the customer, I am allowed to be upset when I am lied to and it isn’t fixed. Worst choice ever was switching to AT&T. Don’t do it.

Went in to do a trade in and Jose was so helpful. He made the process so quick and easy. Very professional and helped me get the best trade in deal for my phones.

The customer service at this store is terrible. We were told what we needed to do to return a phone on trade-in by the 800# representative. We went to the store as directed and they proceeded to argue with us and tell us they did not do that. We left and went to another store for service. We will not go back into this store.
