So glad I came here! I needed a new battery and Enrique was able to check battery life, get new battery and replace it. Very friendly and willing to help even in super cold weather! Very pleased! ?

Bought The defective item and the cashier didn’t give me or printed me a receipt. Go to back to get my refund because the item was faulty as I later when give it a try had learned that. the manager was not going to give me my refund to go buy the a similar item that they don’t carry but a different auto parts store does. He tells me that his cashiers always give the receipts to the customer, and that the machine will always print the receipt and makes it about me not getting the receipt my fault when I didn’t get one. Was not willing to work with me on a full refund only way was if I get the merchandise card which why would I want one if I was there to buy specific item with my money but only in store credit is the only option. When I can go buy a better product ( in my opinion) in another store. gave up after 15mins and then went to leave from register. When I hear the manager tell the cashier “that’s how you deal with them”It wasn’t a difficult situation just wanted my money back no instore credit and then to hear him say that. Yeah I’m not going to this store at least the Kennewick one is way more better with customer service.

If I could give negative stars for service I definitely would at this store all I needed was an oil filter over 10 minutes the lady is on the computer in the book over there by the filters doesn't go to 98 only goes like 2006 or something and she would not go over and help me get the oil filter she was more worried about eating her damn McDonald's This place is lousy I'll never come in the store again and besides that they don't know what they're talking about most of the time

Every single time I come here, usually before lunch, I have to wait a minimum of 5 minutes to be helped.... NO customers usually, and 5-6 employees working. This morning was much like the rest. Walk in, ignored.... other customers walk in and get helped. I have to ask for help, even though I'm the only one in line. Every time, they take forever to do 1 thing, as if they forgot....I won't do business with Autozone, very unprofessional for a store with hundreds of locations. I'll buy online.

They let some kid sell me the wrong battery after they ask you 5 questions before letting you purchase anything which led to me blowing a fuse and then I got inside and they don’t even have the part to replace it and said to call the manufacturer

Thank you for my key fob. It's was very Inexpensive and easy to set up. This store was very clean inside and out, but some of the prices on the gadgets that I saw while standing in line, ya, I would stay away from. Other than that, great store very helpful and friendly employees. Thanks again

Employee was super helpful in finding the right parts for me after I'd been given the wrong ones by a different branch. Return & refund was quick and very smooth.

I was never once acknowledged by anyone when I walked in and asked if they could help me find what I was looking for, Couldn't ask questions or anything, they were too busy playing with there phones and screwing around not helping customers,

Had no issues with finding what I was looking for. I needed to replace a blinker light bulb that went out that day. So walked in could clearly see what area I needed then looked for the right bulbs. Very quick service when I walked up to get checked out had the person confirm that it was the right one. I didn't want to make an extra trip just in case. All went great.
