Hands down a legit and HONEST auto body shop! Even if I had an accident in another city and needed work done, I’d figure out a way to get my vehicle here! Fantastic work and customer service. In today’s world honesty speaks volumes.

I’m writing this after watching how my dad was treated by this body shop — and I really feel like people need to be warned.
He brought in his vehicle to have just the hood and roof repainted. He got a quote up front and was told it would take about 3–4 days. Sounded straightforward. But by the fourth day, no one had reached out. So he called to check in — and instead of a simple update, he got a rude and irritated response from the owner himself, who seemed frustrated that my dad was even calling. The owner complained about being pressured and said he underestimated the work, that only the hood was done, and that he didn’t want to finish the job. He flat-out said he was no longer interested in completing the work. That completely threw us off. My dad stayed calm, but honestly, that should’ve been the end right there.
Then a few days later, out of nowhere, the owner calls back — totally different tone. Now he’s saying he can finish the job, that he has plenty of workers available, and he seems eager to make it right. My dad, being the kind of guy he is, asked if he was sure about doing the work, especially if he felt he wasn’t getting paid enough or if it wasn’t worth it to him. The owner said it was no problem — so we agreed to let him finish.
Fast forward to when we pick the car up. My dad paid before inspecting everything closely. Once he got home, he noticed sanding marks and visible damage on the upper part of the vehicle — areas that were never part of the job and were in great condition before. Luckily, my mom had taken photos right before dropping it off, and they clearly show that this damage wasn’t there beforehand.
My dad called the owner, calmly brought it up — and of course, he denied it right away. No apology, no ownership. And instead of offering to fix the issue, he immediately gave my dad a quote to repair the new damage. That part really rubbed us the wrong way.
And if that wasn’t enough, when they called to say the vehicle was ready, a staff member told us they don’t accept credit cards, debit cards, or checks — just cash. That was another red flag.
In the end, it wasn’t just the inconsistent service — it was the attitude, the lack of communication, and the way they handled a mistake without taking responsibility. My dad’s a respectful, reasonable person, and seeing how he was treated just isn’t right. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Color matched our scuffed up bumper. Made it look brand new. Reasonable pricing. Alberto seems like a good, honest guy who tells it to you straight. Hard to find places like this anymore.

HAHAHAHAHA, I THOUGHT IT IS VERY FUNNY, HOW YOU INTRODUCED ALL OF US, AND THEN LOOK AT THESE CARS!!! THE FIRST CAR...A BLACK SUBRU...THEN IT IS A COMPLETELY A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CAR!!! IT WAS THEN A FORD MUSTANG!!!

Absolutely phenomenal and I highly recommend! My vehicle was totalled and I had issues with the towing company my insurance provided. Jessie was on top of everything and even called my insurance company multiple times to get things going and done right. She is an asset to the company and knows what she is doing!! Everything was done extremely quickly and all promises were held. All in all this was an amazing experience and I will be back for any future needs. Thanks again!! ♡

I was pointed to Alberto at Azteca Body Shop from a chain body shop and was very glad they were recommended. My Corolla was crunched in the drivers side bumper, quarter panel, door, and head light. They checked the alignment, repaired the damage, and re-established the factory specifications for panel alignment, and repainted the parts. The gaps between the bumper, quarter panel, door, and hood are equal and consistent. Jesse the office manager and Alberto the owner were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My only problem now is the work they did was so good I need to get the rest of the car detailed to match their quality of work. My Go To place for body work and repairs.Services: Painting
