Couldn’t be happier with the results of calling Blind Ambitions. Shane came up to Prosser and successfully got one large blind covered under warranty and another we decided to replace with a shutter. Both he and Nicki are so friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Shane has excellent customer service. He was polite and professional. He helped us figure out how to mail in our blind that had to be re-strung. When the blind was repaired he installed it quickly and also helped replace a clip holding the battery of another blind. He taught us a new setting we could use with the controller of this blind. We appreciated his helpful demeanor.

Shane was very helpful. He came to our home and showed us examples and patiently answered all of our questions. There were a couple of issues with the initial delivery of blinds, but the Blind Ambitions team worked with us to get everything resolved. We are very happy with the final product.
UPDATE: We liked our blinds so much, we worked with Shane to have a few more installed. Great experience again.

I have used Blind Ambition to install my blinds for my 2 different homes, and they have done both times an amazing job!
