“Tyler and Joi (Managers) did a remarkable job! They returned my call within 2 hours. AMAZING!!! I needed an exception made as my senior Mother and I, were without a refrigerator. We were not only upgrading our main appliance, but our current refrigerator was not working, and thus a hardship to my family and I. I kindly asked them to make an exception under our circumstances to speed up the deliver or order a more timely refrigerator, and gracefully obliged. They sped up the refrigerator date, so now, my mother and I have not only a NEW! Refrigerator, but a reliable resources in Lowes. We look forward to continuing our loyalty with our eleven year history with Lowes, and we will continue to purchase "all" of our home improvement materials and labor, from Lowes! The Store Manager, Mr. Tyler, and his team was on it. We strongly recommend Lowes to our neighbors, church community, and family and friends.”
