From start to finish my experience with Caliber and their team was excellent. It’s traumatic enough having to deal with an accident, so the service and quality of workmanship and keeping me informed of the repair progress throughout was outstanding.
Bottom line, if you’re unfortunate to be in a collision, then I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to look after your repair work!! Thank you Caliber and the Pasco WA team!!! :)

I definitely recommend taking your car here! Not only did they do a great job but they kept me informed the whole time through txt which was handy since I’m stuck at work and can’t really answer calls right away. Apparently you can't go lower than 1 star. Took 2 and a half months to fix a quarter panel..Also somehow drove almost a full tank of gas out of my Mustang.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the work that Caliber did in the Pasco shop. Every day I got a text message telling me where they were in the repair, which is really nice. I’ve never had that done before.. I got news that my car was ready to come home. The job was incredible. Could not see any marks from where I was hit. The painting was top-notch! I have nothing but praise for Caliber and how they handled it from start to finish. I would highly recommend to my friends or anyone else who’s looking for a repair shop to go to Caliber! They are friendly and very helpful in anything you need and that, included Dealing with my rental car. Thank you again Caliber for making my car look brand new again!
