⭐️ 1-Star Review – Extremely Unprofessional & Cost Me Time and Money
I took my large box truck to Cassidy Bee Line in Pasco, WA after they promised they could fix it. I even paid over $300 to have it towed there, trusting they would get the job done quickly especially since this is my work truck and I rely on it to run my business.
Instead, they parked it in their lot for THREE WEEKS and never even touched it.
Not ONE update.
Not ONE phone call.
I had to call THEM every week just to ask for a status.
Today I finally went to pick it up the same issue still there. What they claimed was “one day of work” somehow couldn’t be done in over 21 days.
If they knew they weren’t going to work on it, why accept it? Why have me pay for towing? Why hold my work truck hostage for weeks while doing absolutely nothing with it?
This place is an absolute joke of a business.
Zero communication. Zero honesty. Zero respect for customers.
⚠️ I will never recommend Cassidy Bee Line to anyone. Save your time, money, and sanity go anywhere else.

Called saturday for an alignment. they told me to leave my truck outside on sunday and theyll work on it monday.
They lied to me about my vehicle being done in an hour, TWICE. The shop closed and never called me for an update.
I need my vehicle for work. & already paid them.

Great place with friendly staff. They work with you to get your repairs done right. My dad used to go here when I was a kid, and he was very satisfied with them. Highly recommended.

They are the absolute best. My hubby got his car fixed once there and they did it quickly and perfectly. and then yesterday they came and rescued our totaled car out in the middle of the highway at 3 AM! The guy was fast and so nice. We had called another towing company and they forgot about us, So thankful for Casaday, so reliable and they know what they are doing! Thank you guys truly

Left my vehicle with them for a week and they put the entire job off until the day I said I'd be returning to pick it up. Didn't get the job finished in time and I had to leave the vehicle an extra week. The scope of work changed constantly, as did the price, and I felt misled about what actually needed done and how far along in repairs they really were. Just opened the hood yesterday and discovered an electrical wire almost completely chewed through, most likely by mice (vehicle sat for nearly a year). But I'm stunned this wasn't addressed in the ever-changing scope of work? It's right in plain sight and they had to get under the hood to refill fluids. I can't believe they let this leave the shop with exposed wire. Ryan has great customer service but the actual service has left me bewildered. Not sure I'd be comfortable ever bringing it back.

Came in for an alignment on a used car I just bought. After waiting for 3 hours I drive the car to home thinking everything should be perfect. The second day Steering wheel started shaking. Car still needs to be aligned again. Charged $150 for nothing.

Bad experience. They did the diagnostic and it was not correct, after coming back to fix their faults, they wanted to charge me double. It’s your bad work

Good work, cheap and fast. I'll only ever take my cars here. Worked on a 2015 silverado for an alignment and did good work. Ill definitely be back
