This branch (Angie) called us about an issue and asked us to call back. 15 tries later, to her phone number and to the general number for this location, no one has answered, not once, and they don't have voicemail. Seriously considering cancelling all my chase accounts based on this goat-rope. Customer service score = zero.

I learned today that my account was closed. No explanation. I was told I will be receiving a letter stating my account was closed, and a check for my balance will be sent out in 10 days to my address. So I have no access to my funds, I do not know if my bills have been paid, and, from what I read online, I may not see my money for months. There is even a FB group on the subject. Anyways, if you use Chase, make sure you have a backup bank just in case they decide to get rid of you. I've been with them for over 5 years and never had an issue before. No late payments or anything.

I've been with Chase for over 13 years and this Pasco location for at least 4 1/2. Always had great service here and no problems ever. They're always helpful and I feel like they know me every time I go in.

Do I have to give it one star? This bank ruins my mood every time. I thought my divorce was finalized with Chase (you away) Bank, when I left them after the WAMU situation, but unfortunately, this is not the case. My sister opened a joint account, forcing me back into this horrible institution. My goal today was to obtain a signature card for the account and to have some documents notarized. Neither happened. The slacker that I was supposed to deal with wasn't there. The other slacker could not provide any services in order to obtain a signature card for the account. As a bonus, they also could not deny notarizing the documents until I was there in person. The reason? They were related to a trust (yes, they already knew this.. A notary is simply supposed to verify that the person there is who they say they are and to witness the signing. This person is just another Chase (you away) Bank slacker who doesn't want to provide any meaningful services. In my little world, Chase (you away) Bank is NOT TOO BIG TO FAIL. I cannot come up with a single positive thing to say about this institution. Meanwhile, they met their match. I will insist that the account goes anywhere else besides this place.
