The tall, lanky young man that needs to cut his hair also needs to be fired. I go to this location every day, as I live down the street and this man continuously refuses cash back, and will not break any bills for smaller change. If you ask him a question, he looks at you like he doesn't speak any English. I have two bank accounts so I did two transactions, and he told me after the first one that you can't get cash back on 2 transactions in a row. I've done this at many locations and he was not polite about it. He also could not give me a reason why. I also watched someone else try to get cigarettes and they were out, but again he looked like he had no idea what was going on and just pointed at the empty row where this gentlemen's cigarettes were supposed to be as fiddled his fingers at it without saying anything. There is one or two nice employees at this location and that is all.

Not a very friendly staff or tentive staff at all. I asked the kid standing at the counter who looked like he just got high outback if he could change a 20.00 Bill for a 10 and 2 5s, he looked at me like he didn't know what that was so I repeated myself and told him it equals 20.00 dollars. He says in a very rude tone were not a bank. I said people don't go into banks for change for a 20.00 and walked away. Now if you didn't have it cool. But don't be an idiot and say your not a bank because there not a person in the world that goes into one over 20.00. I will not get my gas here anymore I can tell you that.

I am a devoted Circle K shopper. I love their ice and fountain drinks. Almost all of the staff are cheerful and kind and do their jobs well. Since I have moved to Pasco in the last month we are going to the one on Court Street with the jack in the box. We stopped in this evening (2/23/18 8:30pm and a certain male staff person was working. Once again we were asked by him to donate our change which we typically do. On this occasion and 3 others my boyfriend said no as we had been there donating 4 times today. Every single time we say no we are given all of our change in pennies. If that's all a company has available then sure no problem however I do not like feeling like I am being punished. I am the paying customer and I am asked everywhere I go to donate. I give all I can but I will not continue to go to a shop that punishes their customer.
