Yuck. This store is disgusting. From the floors, to the deli to the bathrooms. Does the store manager smoke crack? Because he looks like it. Absolutely nobody wants to work here. No help. No care. It's freezing inside. They can't afford to fix the heat? Why does it smell like urine when you walk in the front door? I have so many questions when I walk in here. Like "am I going to die from eating food I got here"? I can't believe they closed the Safeway in Kennewick and kept this nasty place open. They both were horrible I guess. Location location location. Nobody cares what the customer wants or needs as long as it's profitable.

Sunday there were 5 people waiting at the deli. Two employees were working but only one was waiting on customers. After standing there for 15 minutes we just left. Why wasn't the second employee waiting on customers. I'll just start going to Yokes. They do better.

Albertsons has now become Safeway--which used to be on Kennewick Ave. by Highway 395.

If you wanna know what Portland smells like go to this store. Same vibes too as a downtown Portland grocery store

Saturday morning, only 2 checkers; lines backed up 8 people deep; self checkout not open and no one at the service desk. Why be open if you're not going to staff your store?!!

Love most of the team members at the Pasco Albertsons store, but sure wish they were better at answering the phone there! Today it rang 15 times before someone answered, but at least someone answered. Two times in the past four months I have had to actually drive to the store to see if they carried an item I needed - because when I called the phone just rang and rang and rang. When I mentioned this to the team member who checked me out, she said the bakery folks are supposed to answer the phone, but they don't like to so a lot of times they just let it keep ringing and hope someone else will answer. I don't know if that's for real, but I think answering the phone in any customer-service environment is very important - maybe management needs to address this with all team members. That said, most of the team members at the checkout stands as well as management, the deli, and the produce area are always friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate that.

Awful produce, Extremely and I mean extremely limited gluten-free or vegan options, and awful customer service, I needed help finding something and the manager said that he had other things to do, the other person that was helping Mi did not know where anything was But I will say that they have a fantastic wine and liquor selection
