Staff were nice. Dr Coleman was unpleasant. My animals do not seem to like him very much, red flag.

Inaccurate office staff. Good docs but the watch out for errors with scheduling and billing.

Front desk staff are very eager to get answers to all of your questions. If they don't have one they will not hesitate to ask the knowledgeable staffers to get you all the answers you need. I just love these guys and so does their Client Molly.

Excellent vet, Dr Chuck was very knowledgeable about our bird's issue and helped her be more comfortable. Friendly, compassionate staff.

Dr. Todd Coleman and his staff are very efficient, up-to date professoinals who keep a very clean friendly and approachable veterinary Clinic, and do a superb job of caring for their clients and their clients' owners. Our dog and both cats do not mind going to Dr. Todd's, in fact Zoe considers it to be a great adventure, even when having teeth cleaned or vaccinations. Dr. Coleman is careful not to over medicate/vaccinate his clients, and is holistic in his approach to vet medicine practice. We feel very confindent taking our much loved pets to his clinic and highly recommend him and his staff.

If you are a new client and visit their website you will get a free first exam for your pet. We didn't know that, so that's why I want to pass it on. But, we are still happy with the service. We haven't gone to another vet, but haven't felt we needed to either. I felt the service was friendly and the concern for our dogs well being was sincere. We've only ever interacted with Dr. Todd Coleman (the son of Dr. Charles Coleman) and also the vet assistants and desk-receptionist. The majority of our interactions have been pleasant. It is nice to have a clean facility with pet food and supplies available for sale in the same building. I wouldn't know how their prices compare to other veterinarians in town as I haven't shopped around.

Father and Son are both top Veterinarians in E.Washington with a twist.. They believe in the holistic approach as an option for treating our pets and it has always worked wonderfully.

Take your pet here if you really care and have money to spend. They are not cheap but their wholistic approach to pet health is really refreshing. They have a great understanding of the biological needs of my dog and don't go rushing to pump her full of medications or cut her open before they understand the problem. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who likes them so it is often several days before I can get in to see the vet. It's also great to shop for food and toys at their attached store. You can find all kinds of products that are made from things my dog can eat, rather than feeding her a bunch of chemical preservatives and artificial flavorings bonded with rubberized meat product. But again, the quality doesn't come cheap.
