Today was my first time getting tires here. Not only was the price great the service was extremely fast. While I had brought in 4 loose wheels off my rv, they match mounted and balanced them as well as putting them to 80 psi without me asking them to. It’s hard to find service like that anymore and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

They where super helpful and quick. Always recommend the warranty I have to go to job sites where I get nailed in my tires. I am in and out 10-15 minutes tires patched and filled with air.

I recently purchased a set of tires from Discount Tire in Pasco. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional are a few words that come to mind. I ordered tires and they arrived sooner than expected and they were able to install and check my alignment the same day the tires arrived. Migel, Kevin, and the alignment tech all communicated with me throughout the process. No up sells. Just top notch service and excellent prices.

The best experience I've had at any Discount Tire I've visited. I normally use these stores in SW WA and the Portland Metro area but this store by far were the most friendly considering I was just there for a repair. If I can plan around it, I'll purchase my next set of tires from this store due to this experience.

I made a 9am appointment, the app said they would not be done until 10:45, I said I could not stay until then. They finally took my car back at 9:55. I was stuck there until 10:45. Why make an appointment if they can't maintain the quality service they promote?
I will say the work they do on the cars is always perfect and for that I am grateful. I just dislike businesses that can't keep their own appointments.
