The tow truck driver Arthur had to drive to Walla Walla to pick up my caddy. Arthur was very nice and professional! He was punctual, efficient, and very thorough! I unfortunately had my car overheat & die off the side of the highway in the middle of nowhere between Portland & Spokane. A very scary event, but then I had to get a towing company to save me & my car— and boy was I lucky & glad to have gotten this company. My driver Arturo was so professional—- and went above any standard of professionalism, care, and consideration that I’ve experienced from any other company in Portland and Washington.
