Is someone anyone professional working there? No customer service and no availability for cars and no sympathy for customers. I was advised this place never respond back to queries and all the comments you see from enterprise is not real. Simply they don't care about us...Managers are too busy being rude to deal with customer issues

I rent regularly from the Pasco Airport Enterprise/National counter. They are always smiling and happy to help me. They go out of their way to make anything that may go wrong, they make it right with just a call. I highly recommend this team for all your rental car needs.

Update: After reaching out to the email recommendation by Chad, I was contacted a few days later by Judy. All she had to say was basically, thanks for letting us know. This is after typing out my entire experience again in an email. Enterprise then spams you with an email asking how their Customer Service was and after filling out the short survey, I was contacted by Judy again! She apologized for not caring in the first email and said my experience was being forwarded to Regional. Shortly after, I received a call from Shelby! The rude, condescending "branch manager" from the airport. Unfortunately she is not someone I'm open to talking to. I'm normally the type to give people several chances but after seeing her treat the man before me poorly, and then myself? That was enough for me to know any further interactions with her would be the same. Another big reason to look into Turo. You won't have to deal with the corporates trying to pass the buck and now have eventually passed it back to the the ground where the problem employee is calling me directly! It's scary. How does this make sense?! It's like, Hi, I was very offended by your Branch Manager's treatment or myself and others. Their response, We'll have her call you

Made a reservation the morning of and went to pick up a few hours later only for the person at the counter to tell me they were completely sold out. Not sure why they would allow a reservation when they have nothing on the lot…the person helping me seemed like they had been repeating the same “I’m very sorry, but…” line over and over. Poor guy.As soon as I left, another person was visibly upset at the counter as well.If you want a reliable rental reservation, go elsewhere.

On January I booked through alligiant tickets and car rental for a better deal. My trip was for June4th to June 11th. On Sunday my plane arrived, but enterprise didn't have my car available neither other passengers with a waiting time til WEDNESDAY evening. Didn't proposed any option other that grab an uber to out airbnb, but we had another trips planned in WA. So we are here no car. We ended paying twice as we had pay. Because enterprise didn't have ability tillWednesday. Also their customer service was bad. Please dimt book enterprise.

I booked my rental car through enterprise at the Pasco airport nearly a month before I would be traveling. I arrived to the airport and enterprise was completely sold out of cars, so me and at least around 5 others that had booked cars in advance were without vehicles. I asked about reimbursement and they were unsure if we would get our money back. I’ve never had any issues with enterprise, and I hope this is just an unfortunate situation, but it has completely changed all of my plans for my work trip and I can’t imagine how it’s affected others.

I had such a great experience with the people at Enterprise/National in Pasco. Lindsey, Tabby, Paige and Ellie were all incredibly great to me for 7 weeks, always having amazing attitudes and being incredibly helpful with my whole experience, they are all awesome!

My car rental pick-up was first thing this morning, at 8. It is 8:30 and no one is here, no one to call to ask questions. Very disappointing. Opted to rent from another business that was open and available.

We visited this location twice over a few days time. Both times we received outstanding customer service. Our visit with Paige, at the National counter, was the quickest I have ever had. Checked in and out in less than 5 minutes! Our visit with Lindsey, at the Enterprise counter, was just awesome. Her happiness increased every time ours did, and we ended up with a great car (major upgrade) at a fantastic price. Both visits were hassle-free and sooooo easy. We repeat with Enterprise frequently because of interactions like these. Thank you, ladies, for helping make our weekend great!

Nice people at office, but their booking system has major glitches. Tried renting a car online, got confirmation, and when I went to pick it up they said they had tried to call but they had no cars. So I went to the office in Pasco because I called their local number and talked to a person (not a person from office, but got a person on the phone that was not local) and she booked me a car. We went to pick it up, guess what, no cars. So 2 confirmation numbers meant nothing. Ended up at the airport and ended up getting a car from Budget/Avis. The lady in Pasco did say to call the local number, but when I did I got the online person, not local. Major glitch in their reservation system. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the actual people I talked with were nice. Don't trust a confirmation number until you are at the office.

Was in a car crash, the other drivers insurance was to cover a rental. This joke of a place has been running me around. They then lied to me about having a reservation. I have now missed work because of this hole, great rental place.
