Travel history showed my package was put on the delivery truck and then 10 minutes later it said someone requested the package to be held and to be delivered at a future date. I called the same day, which was a Friday and was told by the rep that the package didn’t make it on to the truck and the package would be delivered the next day. My delivery status did not change the next day and still showed it was being held. I called them again and the rep told me that either I or the shipper requested the hold. So the first rep either didn’t know how to do his job or was lying. The rep then ask me to confirm that I did not request a hold. I confirmed. The rep informed me that I would have to wait for the hold to be taken off and couldn’t give me a date for when my package would be delivered. The package is 1 of 6 packages that are coming from the same order and is the only one I had issues getting delivered. My suspicion is the delivery driver didn’t want to deliver it because the weight, since both reps gave me completely different information.

Horrible customer service. They have “tried” to deliver my package that requires a signature 3 times. I had left delivery instruction's (and left a note on my front door) to please leave my package at my apartment office as I work there and I’m able to sign for it there. My delivery instructions were ignored by the delivery driver Michael 3 times. I work during the day and was told my package would be delivered by 8pm with no time frame for me to even be home to wait for it. I called the customer service number the first time after the first failed delivery and was told I could pick it up after 7pm that day, I showed up to the shipment location and they were closed. Today I called again only to be told that I’ll have to call back AGAIN tomorrow to find out where and what time I can pick up my package. This is incredibly frustrating, I’m not sure why there is even a place to put delivery instructions if they’re not going to be followed. I’d be happy if I never had to use FedEx again all the other carries are much better.

Didn’t leave a door tag the “three times” they delivered and the representative who called me didn’t leave an extension for me to call back. Took me like 8 tries to get someone on the phone just for them to tell me they are sending back anyways. UPS is so much better, I wish websites could let you pick which carrier you wanted.

I had called ahead of time asking what time their plane left for over night shipping. Explained how I have a sensitive animal that I’m shipping and has to be in temperature control area so I’m dropping it off closer to the leave time. I was told 5:30pm was the cut off time so I arrive at 4:40pm where they told me the plane had just left. I drove an hour from Walla Walla to make sure this animal gets shipped overnight for them to give me wrong information. I the lady I spoke to at the store was very nice, but I’m extremely disappointed with the service that was provided wrongfully on the phone.

Waited days for an important package to be delivered. Kept getting notifications that the package could not be delivered and that they were going to try again the next day.
Called customer service (India? ). First person could not help.
Called again a few days later. This person (India?) asked for the address and discovered that the SENDER had written the address wrong. The driver tried to find the nonexistent address over several days. I finally had to drive to the FedEx place and pick up the package myself, so, the important package was several days late and I had to go pick it up.. Why couldn't someone CALL us to let us know they could not find the address? Sorry folks but I have a hard time understanding this.

Arrogant FedEx driver from this location on my doorbell cam throwing package 8 feet. They also roll up with music blaring in my quiet community. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional! I was so annoyed I contacted FedEx to complain and that was far more infuriating than their driver. FedEx customer service is a pathetic joke!

This is absolutely the worst shipping company known to mankind, not only is there call center central not even located in the US, but is the hardest system, to get through, is based on not helping the customer resolve the issue, and refuses to put you in contact with an service rep. If Fed Ex when bankrupt and closed down, the world would be a much better place.

I have given this location multiple attempts, but they are unable to provide services I can easily get at other Ship Centers. I have never had an issue getting a package shipped using the QR code generated from our account in the FedEx app except here. This location cannot seem to figure out how to scan the provided code. These folks need more training on how to use the system otherwise it's a pretty useless location for this kind of service.
