The moment Inspirus credit Union changed to Gesa we've had NOTHING but trouble. My husband joined in 1981 but unfortunately you can't expect a new company buyout to give the same amazing service. MULTIPLE Failing's to post our payments, failing to put my name on the account when we came IN PERSON to the Pasco branch driving 40 miles to sign up a new car loan and platinum card. When you attempt to bank by phone they ask no less than TEN security questions... just ridiculous. YOU CAN'T GIVE ME MONEY THROUGH THE PHONE, WTH is with the myriad of questions?!?! We're going to find another hometown 'family friendly' credit Union, Gesa is Not It. We're just thankful we waited and didn't deposit the funds from the sale of our home. No telling how badly they would have mismanaged that amount of money. Don't risk your excellent credit scores when this bank consistently fails. They've just lost very loyal customers with their ineptness #GesaCreditUnion #gesa

Bad customer service. Waited 10 minutes in line only to be told they could not process my deposit because they had a line and I was doing more than one transaction.

I have been with GESA for 35 years and have never had an issue with any of my accounts. I have bought multiple cars, lines of credit, checking, co signed for a boat, credit cards, and currently have my house mortgage with GESA. I would say that speaks pretty well of this institution.Can't say that about any other banking institution I have done business.

Called trying to switch which vehicle my loan is on after having emailed and received no reply after their "guaranteed" 24 hour window. Attempted to speak to the lending department, but after several holds i was directed to collections if i wanted to surrender my vehicle. I did not want to surrender my vehicle, but nobody i spoke to could understand that apparently.I'll be refinancing with another company and recommending everyone i know avoid gesa.

I like gesa and the involvement it has in the community. Wait times aren't bad and fees are better then the bank I left. Plus the fraud prevention department is on it 100%

This is the absolute worst place to get a loan through do not get a loan here at all costs. They can't even send you paperwork on your loan and will not give you any details with out info that's on the paperwork they are supposed to send. I would give 0 stars if I could
