I love my great clips salon. I like the fact no matter th stylist they can print out the last haircut info and I get a consistent hair cut each time. The staff are friendly and professtional.

I just received the most premium detailed quality haircut I've ever received from a "Great Clips".
I've gone to many different Great Clips all over the Western United States due to travel for work.
"Ana" has such a positive attitude and presence. Her attention to detail while being extremely efficient and quick is something I've never experienced before.
Don't lose Ana!
If I were the manager I would not only appreciate her daily but reward her for her for the excellent service she provides to her customer!

I’ve been to this Great Clips location at least 10 times and I’m always happy with my haircut, the customer service, and good conversation. Highly recommend!

No. I'm sure the other people working there are excellent, I never had a problem w/great clips before. This time though I asked 3 times for layers in my long hair, the shortest layer starting at my shoulders but the girl kept talking to her co worker and wasn't listening. She didn't confirm what I asked and instead chopped 10 inches off. TEN. I lost two years of growth and she only said "I thought that's what you wanted". I repeated over and over I wanted layers added, asking the shortest layer being at my shoulders, but she was gabbing incessantly to her 'mom' (co worker) and didn't hear ME. Now I have shoulder length hair. She said "it's only 3 or so inches I took off" but that was to cover her stupidity. TEN inches were chopped off. Like I said, I'm sure the other hairdressers are fine, but this ditzy girl mangled my hair and pretended it was my fault. She didn't even know what a texturized hair cut was when she asked what I wanted, so being a dummy like I am I asked for layers instead. STAY away from Pasco Great Clips. TEN INCHES chopped off because she wouldn't listen to her customer and chose to gab about a 60 year old hitting on her begging to take her out to Legends casino. STAY away. She KNOWS what she did and just shrugged it off like it was nothing. When she reads this she'll know EXACTLY who this is, and I ask her to quit. The cut she eventually gave me isn't even decent, I had to cut portions of hair that are two inches longer than the rest in the front. Pathetic, lazy and irresponsible!!! To the staff, my name is Jozette S. (Nickname Josie), look it up in your computer so you know WHO did this to me on 03/01/2024 and FIRE her before she does it again.
