worst shop known to tri-cities hands down. had my motor there for 8 months and nothing was done to it besides destroying it and giving it back to me in pieces. bro has piles of cars thats been there for so long i cant even remember. he lied to me about buying my parts and lied about even having them at the machine shop, (ps. he tried to show me parts from another car to make me think they were for my car. i literally pulled the motor out and gave him the motor for him to just rebuild the motor and he couldn’t even do that and he was charging me over 5k. And on top of that people would make fun of me for not having my car ready and constantly make roast me for choosing this guy as my mechanic. this guys is known to slack off and just plays around with your time. ask any shop about him and see what they say before taken your car with him.

After dealing with Pedro for over a year and him owing me money for a vehicle he was supposed to take to the junk yard and pay me for, I had to take him to small claims court.
I won and now have to hire a debt collector to collect what he still owes me for over a year.
I would advise against doing any business with him. He was very unprofessional and ran the auto shop very poorly for the last year it was open. It took over a month for him to respond about my other vehicle he was working on too. Wouldn’t return any of my calls or msgs.

This place is a joke just take some time to visit and see for your self they have a big wrecking yard not a shop I feel bad for all those people's cars just rotten out. not for carlovers and yes you are right I would never conduct business with you people it just takes one look at your shop

This company is a joke. This is a 2 company review. The owner of In Tune Shack (*******************) works with the owner of ****************** in ********* ******** The Car dealership makes the sale & includes warranty so that you can go to his mechanic (In Tune Shack), they both get paid & you still have the same end result as the customer.I purchased a car from Express Auto Sales. The day after driving it home all sorts of lights came on the dash board. I immediately had the car scanned & got the code readings. I contacted the car dealership immediately, the owner promised me not to worry about it as the car came with extended *************** would get it taken care of. After several times of back & fourth trips to the mechanic whom the owner does business with & whom the warranty was used with, it was a waste of time. The car would sit at the mechanics for weeks at a time & always come back still with issues. The first time I took it it literally sat there for like 2 weeks with no work being done to it. I explained to the car dealership & the mechanic that here I am borrowing a car when its literally just sitting in the parking lot. Supposibly certain things would get fixed but the warning lights were still on. Then the mechanic told me, he cant do warranty claims that often on the same car, so he supposibly did some work to it, & told me next month we can do another claim. I was always in constant contact with the Care dealership & the Mechanic whom I always got the run around from. The car dealership owner would tell me, not to worry, he will talk to the ********* **** just seemed to be back & fourth.Eventually after the 2nd or 3rd time of going back to the mechanic he told me my car needed an engine replacement. Of course after this well, all my warranty money was used & guess what even after the engine was replaced my warning lights are still on till this day. The same code that originally came up is still the same code that continues to come on. I will also be leaving a review for the ********************** as well. Whatever you do, stay away from this mechanic & the car dealership. They are nothing but a joke. Broken promises & still the same **** end result. If i could give ZERO stars to each of them, I would.

Beware!! This guy is the worst mechanic, for 2 years he didn’t fix my car & to top it off he went out of business & dumped my car at a gas station! Got stuck paying towing bill! The worst mechanic ever!
