I came with a (wore) V belt in order to get the proper new one; they measured and recommended B39; however when I tried in the equipment it was too large. I asked to replace it for a smaller one and they imposed a fee of 50% of paid cost (for restocking). To be honest I considered it unfair since it was their recommendation and also I asked for replacement instead of just returning the product

I was a bit disappointed these guys couldn't make a laced 7/8" flat belt. Seems basic for a belt shop but also old school.
