Filed my taxes with Danny G. He was very helpful and great at explaining the process and fees included. Came to this office for the early tax advance and his knowledge and experience had me return to the same office for the final preparation of my taxes. Im glad i switched to jackson hewitt services.

Went in and had my taxes done, I file for two states so it gets complicated. Was told I owe -3200 dollars and I was positive I was supposed to be getting money back, which I made clear. Paid the 500 bucks(more than I’ve ever paid before) and left. Went home and did my taxes on turbo tax. I was actually supposed to be getting +3900 back. Now just trying to get a refund and everything sorted out has been damn near impossible because I didn’t get a copy of my tax return when I left the Jackson Hewitt office for some reason. Very bad experience and watched two other people walk out in front of me because they didn’t like the number they were getting back either.
