I have been taking my daughter to DR. Darvin every appointment has been okey she has brushed off every symptom I’ve told her even after multiple visits to the ER for my 4 year old… And then I went today I got attacked and yelled at by the doctor because she was acting like I wasn’t taking care of my daughter symptoms when I’ve had multiple ER visits I have scheduled multiple appointments for the same thing and she basically yelled at me the The whole appointment didn’t give me room to ask Questions and was out of the room before I knew the appointment was even over and then the way she made the nurse Schedule my appointment like I wasn’t gonna bring my daughter back I felt extremely disrespected, and I couldn’t say anything Signs all over saying it’s harassment is harassment to stick up for yourself is this clinic?

My 3 kids see Dr. Richardson he is great! I have also heard wonderful things about Dr. Brady from my sisters. I see Dr. Gloria for my primary care and my parents Dr. Hornell. My experience with all the mentioned Drs has always been the best service! They listen, they are compassionate and they take care of business. The quality of care my family has received at this clinic is 5 star service!

Terrible customer service. The receptionist spelled my name wrong despite giving her my drivers license and verifying it on the phone. It cost me $500 with insurance to be a new patient. The nurse was in a rush and didn't ask about family history or supplements. The doctor ordered a blood work test that charged my insurance $600. The blood work came back normal. The issue of hives was not addressed. The doctor wouldn't refer me to a dermatologist until I had two months of chronic hives.

Dr. Brady is excellent but the receptionists are terrible, you make a call to make an appointment or leave a message for the nurses and they answer you so badly, I don't know what they have against the patients.

Dr.Pickett is great. Saw my daughter first; somehow it was covered by insurance. I then established care and after appointment found that doctor was no longer covered. $300 later both insurance and clinic were sorry no one mentioned this. Premera is not an insurance that covers this clinic. I was told it was the patients responsibility to ensure doctors are preferred providers. I agree; but if you ask for my insurance at time of appointment; shouldn’t your staff know that the doctor is not a preferred provider too? I waited 6 months to establish care and now I am back to square one.

Be ready to wait for good service then get ready to wait for ANY service. From a simple cyst removal to the fulfillment of a prescription avoid these folks if possible. They never have enough doctors or staff on hand to attend to you promptly and forget them totally if you have state insurance, then it's a screw you and wait.

They literally have the worst staff. It is disgusting. I do not recommend them and to be frank, they need to fire all staff and try again. Their reviews provide that evidence. I would be ashamed to own this business and I hope the CEO is too

Frustrating lab hours! Open at 7 or maybe 8 or not today. That doesn't work.. you're open or you're not. Hire enough people to keep it open or close it.?

Mr. Kaleel, I have never encountered anything like this in my life! The Kadelic Clinic at 9605 Sandifer Parkway. The most unprofessional, rude, and absolutely no customer service skills. I enjoyed Dr. Hornell and his nurse...very professional, friendly, and extremely proactive. A delightful visit. The names at the front counter...all of them! I am quite a senior citizen. My career, 20 years of Air Traffic Control, and 20 years of managing airports...also 20 years in the USAF and 2 tours in Vietnam, and 19 months in Afghanistan. My Insurance: Federal Bx/Bs, Medicare, and Tricare for Life. I just relocated to Pasco and need a provider...I'm gonna have to find another one I will not go back to that clinic. no matter what I asked from the front desk..."NO". I have never encountered anything like this in my life. The issue today could have been over in 2 minutes..."NO". If you want to contact me it will have to be by email, I am almost deaf. I will arrange to have my record transferred as soon as possible and I will also post this on Yelp and Yellow pages. Mack Foss, Pasco Wa.

Was completely disrespected by my doctor. Said I was wrong when I said I had had a surgery 25 yrs ago. Also showed complete lack of compassion when I answered a question the doctor asked about depression. This happened a few years ago but because of the hostility shown by the doctor, I feared retaliation.

It says its open at 8 am so I tried to call a number of times throughoutthe week early around 8 or 8:30 to finally get someone to pick up and anwser I work in the morning to late at night this is hard for me to do. you should have a receptionist who can anwser the phone when your open not having people wait on the line for OVER 30 MINUTES just to get their kids in to see there Dr the dr is decent and office is ok but this is unacceptable

So disappointing, especially coming from such excellent pediatric care prior to this. Getting ahold of anyone is a joke and you wait for hours for a call back for simple questions. Deplorable standard of care and customer service.
