This place is a joke! Security cameras suck, people getting units broken into all the time and they don't do anything to detour future theft.

Horrible experience. They switched management a few months after we rented a unit from them and since then we weren't able to pay our bill online and no one was ever in the office. The price went up $20 which is whatever. But when we scheduled our clean out day for the 30th of September and can't even get in the gate to clean it out and the office is closed as usual, that's when I draw the line. Garbage storage units!

Since it’s been months since recovering from loss damages, here to write a fact based review.
I hope no one invests their time and hard earned dollars into this storage unit. I decided to put all of valuables in storage while I start traveling for work. I rented for a year and half with monthly insurance. I ended up losing all of my belongings due to a cockroach infestation with a newer tenant in the building. There was no communication sent out or call notifying me of the findings,I found out when I went to pull something’s out of storage. Eva reconfirmed my building number and told me in person earlier in the week, they found out about a cockroach infestation at the end of the temperature control unit.
I wanted to move my belongings out but didn’t want to risk cockroaches hiding in my mattress or crawling into the plastic wrap my sectional and love seat were wrapped in. Eva suggested I still take out my belongings and I could spray and leave them outside of my house while they dry & I could inspect my furniture for dead roaches then. I explained I didn’t want to risk an infestation at my Aunts house who has cancer. She was still adamant they were harmless & I embalm all my belongings outside my Aunts house.
I was mortified & concerned about how far the infestation had spread. Seemingly at first they were gracious and said they would gladly work with me. After the initial 30 days of me going in person to find out about the infestation & “working with them”. I was constantly reaching out to see if there had been any solutions. Thus lead to the management telling me there was nothing they could do to help & to file a claim of loss damages. I filed the claim & they denied it saying it was past the 30 days of me finding out about the infestation. Ultimately, this emotionally distressing situation went on for 4 months to attempt having them assume responsibility or at least pay for some losses, they did not. Or pay for the embalming of the unit. Nothing.
They continued to only attempt to speak over the phone after I told them I only wanted to correspond over email for documentation purposes. Their demeanor after that, was very dismissive & abrasive. My fiancée was the one to speak with them directly because I was beyond frustrated & livid at the carelessness of a business.
They were first gracious but both the location manager & worker were not helpful in de-escalating the situation. I lost $8,000 worth of furniture, furniture, bedding, clothes, shoes. I lost an additional 2 grand embalming the unit twice, traveling in and out of TC from work travel monthly.
If you do decide to rent here make sure your lock is tampered proof and file your claims. They don’t have your best interest & cover yourself and just file your claims right away. Don’t be patient & try to think they will work you, use your insurance right away!
There are newly built storage units around the TC, but your dollars toward another facility.

This place is great. Very secure and clean. The gentleman managing the office is very personable and professional. I believe his name was Justin. He really made everything pretty seamless and pain-free during a pretty painful time during big family move. Definitely recommend.

I've had an awesome experience with this storage facility—super clean, secure, and easy to access. Justin has been incredibly helpful from the start. I have rented off and on from this location for over 20 years. The current management is quite different from the previous company. I'm very disappointed to say the least. I noticed a leak Dec 21st and was told it's Christmas weekend. We don't have anyone to fix this because no one will want to come out.
Fast forward to April 4th of 2025...after putting up with excuses for 3 months, still nothing. The company expects me to move everything out myself and they'll get me a new unit. I hired people for this move. I am not doing this again out of my pocket. The company is well aware and there is still no resolution. Let's see if this helps. The BBB complaint didn't give them enough incentive to fix it and move me.. but of course I'm still being charged.
One more thing.. I wasn't given my free month as promised. If remedied, I'll report back. Btw, mine wasn't the only leak. There were others. I am renting two large units.
