Very rude waited almost 3 hours for a flat repair which turned into just putting my spare on
They were more helpful to certain people rather then everyone…

Sad to do this review but it’s been a while coming. Had the Les Schwab on court street Pasco put new brakes on my car last fall……. 2 months later the calipers failed and rotors/everything needed to be replaced. Almost took that car on a long road trip with my family with failing brakes that should have been brand new, but luckily I caught it…… but the guys on rd 68 tried to get ME to pay to have all new brakes after just two months when THEIR parts failed early. Then, a month ago the front end on my work truck needed work so I went back to the road 68 Pasco location. I was the first guy in there that day (arrived before the doors opened at 8), but they saved my rig till last, put the parts in wrong/backwards, so they had to take them all out and redo them. Should have been a pretty quick job but they took so long that I ended up missing one of my own jobs that day, when they told me it would be done long before I needed the rig (so they cost me a lot of money from missed work). Now I went back one last time to road 68 to have front end on my personal truck worked on. Again, the first one in today literally before doors opened, but they saved my rig till last of course. I called around 2:30pm, waited on hold for 15 min to find out that my truck had been sitting there for over 6.5 hours and they hadn’t even thought about working on it yet, but he promised it would be done by the end of the day and he would finally prioritize it. Then found out at the end of the day when I was going to pick it up that now I need tons of way more expensive parts (because they can’t figure out how to take out just the thing that is broken, so they want to take out the whole assembly), and it won’t be ready until tomorrow since they waited so long to start on it and I am missing yet again more work tomorrow waiting on my rig that they told me should have been done today. The service has gone down, techs don’t know what they are doing anymore (installing stuff backwards or can’t figure out how to take it apart), they try to quote you things you don’t really need, prices are way up, and they make you wait forever and prioritize people who came afterwards first. Super annoying and this will probably be my last time at Les Schwab. The good old days where they come running to serve you seem to be long gone. They used to go out of their way to honor warranties, fix your stuff and make things right…. Which is why I originally became a loyal customer decades ago as a kid. Now YOU need to go out of your way to make sure they remember to work on you rig and make sure they did the job right! They used to be my go to tire store, and I have spent a TON of money there over the years. Really disappointing to have to write this, but I need a place that will give me quality work that will keep my family safe while they drive, and do it without constantly adding more to the price tag because they can’t do the job right the first time, and not make miss out on jobs (and lose even more money) due too poor time management.

I needed some hard to find 16.00 R 20 tires for my fork lift, Heath went above and beyond to find a replacement as well as some tubes for me. Unfortunately the new tires weren’t within my budget (they were very fairly priced, I was just short on cash at this time) so I had to go with a set of used ones from back east however, Heath was able to supply the tubes as well as line up a service tech to come out and install the tires. I really got the feeling that Heath cares about his customers and just wants them to get what they need at the end of the day.
Caleb the tech did a great job of mounting these tires on the large cumbersome fork lift. It was quite a challenging task since the old tires had been on the fork lift for about 20 years but he was able to use his experience and expertise to get the job done right the first time.
I’ve been coming to this location since it opened, Caleb and Heath are both wonderful examples of the service you will receive at Les Schwab

Went in for repairs on my vehicle, and they didn’t have the correct parts. When I got the quote asked them if the right parts were quoted they said yes. When they called me to double check on the parts and asked for a down payment for the parts and then asked again if the right parts were going to be ordered they said yes. When I took my vehicle in on Saturday I asked again and they said yes, we doubled checked with the vin number. Around 1:30pm on Saturday I get the call that the wrong parts were ordered. They said I would get reimbursed for the money. I said ok. A week later money still hasn’t been reimbursed so I called them and Juan said “ to come in “ so I can get my money back. Why didn’t they just do that when I picked up the car? I have never used Les Schwab before and after this I don’t think I will ever again. First time customer and last

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I feel like an unvalued customer. I had a really frustrating experience with Les Schwab on Rd 68. Bought my tires online in Aug 2023 precise to my car because I typed in the Year, Make and Model of my car and it clearly stated 45,000 mileage warranty. Only to find out due to my car being “staggered” my warranty gets voided in half. Long story short, I had hit a pothole, and brought it in to see if my tires could be replaced due to some damage and quoted me $271 for two front tires but I said my car is all wheel drive, all four tires need to be replaced. Tyler, proceeded to say well we will have to look into your owners manual and see the specifications and never found anything in my owners manual. Then, was like well we don’t have the two back tires in stock so he ordered them. Following days, I go in after calling to see if they are in stock and I go in and they proceed to treat me like a new customer and provided me an invoice with $872.84. Where was Tyler? Tyler never came out and spoke a word to me.
How did we happen to go from $271 for two front tires, to $872.84 for a set of four.
In my person opinion, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase tires for your traveling needs. Every single contact with this company’s representatives was dishonest, misleading, unprofessional and disorganized. They are misleading, dishonest, unvalued, and lack customer moral more than anything.

We took in two vehicles today. Long story short, a lot didn't go as planned and it took forever, way beyond the time we were told it would. When it was all over and they were already closed, we got home to find that the brand new tires we had them put on were low on air on one side and 10 lbs over on the other. Also, not all of the work was done. We will not be back needless to say.

Took my car here over a month ago to get some lights on my dash, over all just check my car out. Wouldn't look at the breaks without buying new tires. Bought the new tires cause I needed them anyway, breaks were fine. Lights went off. Opened up my hood last week to check fluids again and the cover to my engine along with some bolts are missing. Very unfortunate givin I like using les schwab. I won't be using this location again. On a positive note as well the safe was very nice and as helpful as they could be. Just disappointed with my engine cover disappearing after bring it here.

To be fair, I give 5 stars for the staff and service, but only 2 for product. I purchased a set of Back Country ATs for my truck less than 4 years and 40k miles ago. They have barely any tread left, and when I asked about warranty replacement, I was informed that it had to have even less tread to qualify for warranty. And even then, it's only a prorated amount. I'm not waiting for the tires to be completely bald for a partial replacement. So I'm going elsewhere for a set of new tires, and not waiting to have an accident in the meantime. I've used Les Schwab for decades, but I'm giving it a pass for now.
