After over 40 yrs. of doing business with Les Schwab, I am sorry to say they have lost this customer. I had a tire to mount on a rim and they quoted me a price of $56 for 1 mount and balance! I packed up and had the same done for $30 at Firestone. Less Schwab isn't what it once was, I believe the business changed hands and Old Les is rolling in his grave. I see a lot of negative reviews here and alot of "I'm sorry", but nothing about any corrective actions being taken.

My granddaughter had her brakes done here over a year ago. Of course, warranted for only one year. In the freezing snow and ice they failed and she had to limp to a repair shop who told her you guys had used the wrong sized parts which was why they failed and they had to totally be redone at the tune of $900+!!!2/15/24 thank you Les Schwab for making this bad situation right!

Racing vehicles behind the store and whomever the guy who said he owns this business needs to stay in your own lane. I am not bothering you or your "business " rescuing a kitten on city property. How rude . I'm sure PPD would love to catch you street racing after business hours I posted a video of the kitten with the racing happening in the background

I run a local rescue and am close with all rescues, including Tii City's Animal Shelter. There are kittens living in the tires behind the property on road 68 Les Schwab.Tri cities animal shelter said that once these kittens are rescued from the frigid weather and homelessness that they would take them in so rescue began to step in and help. But tonight the gal that went to rescue them was ripped into by the employees as they were saying that she is not permitted to rescue kittens on their personal property...... News flash it's not your personal property it is of every right for people to rescue to get the homeless animals off of the streets and into the shelter. Because that's what people do, and that's what the shelter is for. But the employees were too busy street racing their personal vehicles behind the les schwab property after hours to care about homeless kitties living in their tires that were in the middle of receiving help. The employees were being inconvenienced by the rescuer, who was doing absolutely no harm in rescuing these poor kitties that deserve every bit of help in this frigid weather because it was interrupting their illegal racing in the alley behind the Les Schwab. Shame on you

Friendly and helpful employees, but these stores are highly overpriced for the cost of tires and fees for installing them.

My wife and I have been Les Schwab customers for decades. We have ALWAYS been taken care of wonderfully. We have also been helped by several different branches. The reasons we will continue to support them with our business are many! They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and stand by their work with an excellent warranty program. It says alot to me that every employee that I have met seems to be very Customer oriented! Many thanks to all of the employees who have helped us over the years!

Asked to check my tires and told them to align my tires if necessary. Mechanic called me and asked if I wanted them aligned and I said yes then 10 minutes late they say my car was ready to pick up. Get there and they said nothing was done to the car! They said they filled up my tires because the sensor light was on. Recommended psi for my tires is 36-38 and they had filled them up to 46 psi!Very dangerous and could’ve been fatal if I didn’t check them. Will not be coming here again.(ps I’ve had great experiences before but they have new hires as previous employees have left)

My sister (who wanted to remain anonymous) recently had a bad experience with this branch. Something very odd for Les Schwab, which at most other locations offer stellar service. She recently visited the Les Schwab on Road 68 in Pasco to get new tires. She dealt with "Pollie" and let her know which tires she had in mind. Pollie informed her that the tires weren't in stock, but she assured her that they'd be in the next day. She returned the next day expecting to have the tires put on but was told (after being there a while) that they hadn't come in. Disappointing that nobody had bothered to notify her ahead of time as she had an appointment set up. They offered to put on another set of tires that were in stock, but they were quoted at a HIGHER price. She declined and decided to wait for the other tires to come in. A few days later, she received a call from "Pablo" letting her know that all tires had arrived and an appointment was scheduled for later in the week to have them installed. She arrived for the appointment at 10 AM and was told that it would take about an hour. Well....40 minutes later, she received a call from one of the technicians stating that the tires that came in were the WRONG SIZE. He said they had another set that they could put on, but again, it would be about $100 more than the tires she wanted. At this point she had enough and cancelled everything and had the old tires put back on. The manager, Heath, then came over to apologize, and he wanted to work something out. She left and instead got tires, and had a better experience, at COSTCO.This Les Schwab is certainly not up to par with the others. VERY POOR customer service and weak communication efforts.
