I paid for a shower, but I couldn't use it because the door wouldn't lock from the inside. Someone else came in while I was about to take a shower. It was a terrible experience, I decided to just leave because it was awful!!! I will never use your services again!!!

Its a typical Love's but like others said the fuel is over priced. Diesel was $0.30/gal higher than anywhere else near by (except the station across the street).

I used to like love's. But now I think help encourage bad habits + they do not care about DAV or any other handicapped truck drivers. Other truck stops. That's 99% of the time I go there not loves. Takes a certain kind of company not to care about DAV or any other handicapped drivers.

The manager in this loves has an attitude, didn’t Accept my loves rewards Via * Apple Wallet * because they don’t allow screenshots of the card. But it wasn’t even a screenshot it was a digital wallet Card added. Pilot/flying J is so much better than loves at this point, and I told her that and she said to take my business to pilot/Flying J so I did. Will never be stoping at loves again🤦🏻

If you stop in Arby’s at the Loves in Paso, Wa and Sherie J is at the counter and Ryan S, the manager is working, you will leave with a smile. I have been all over this country as I drive a pilot escort vehicle and today I stopped for fuel and a meal after driving for over 10 hrs. The joy Sherie sends out is contagious and the hard work she and Ryan do for their customers is awesome. I walked out with my food smiling and I hadn’t even taken a bite. I had to go back in and tell them both Thank you because just the smallest drive safe and the joy she shoes in her job made my long day better!

Terrible service, all the showers are unoccupied and they don't have staff to clean, I'm still waiting for a long time and no one does anything, I just want to go to sleep after a bath

Love's truck stop is Home away from Home stop to fuel, food and showers. It's getting bad not clean enough bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Loves has the best showers still do but needs to clean better.😢

I get gas at loves 2 times a day at 100.00 each time. I just stopped at this loves in pasco and got 100.00 in gas and used the restroom i got a cup of ice and they charged me .50 cents. WoW loves cant give you a cup of ice when ya spend over 200.00 a day there 6 days a week! Yeah guess ill just fill up wherever for now on.
