Ordered a refrigerator.
They could deliver for 5 days. Would not answer my phone calls to confirm delivery.
Just saying will deliver. Personal is 7 deliveries away. Sitting here waiting for delivery missing work.😖

Always had good experiences at this lowes. Staff is friendly and can tell enjoys being there. All departments were clean and full of knowledgeable helpful people.

I really dislike this business. The only reason I keep shopping at the Pasco Lowe’s is because of its close proximity to my home. Generally it is the lack of customer service that is irritating. The store says it closes at 10:00pm, yet they close the garden center door at 8:00pm? So now, not only does the customer have to take the garden items to the checkout located inside and towards the other end of the building, they also get to check themselves out and then push the cart back to where they parked, which is in front of the garden center. Nothing impressive about this business.

Trucks: the best entrance is on the east side. Don't depend on the west gate being open to drive behind the building or for the route through the parking lot to be clear. Access off Rd 68 is best, and of course it's the busiest road around the store and there's a median so you can't enter from the south because that's just good civil engineering.

Well for 1 I tried getting ahold of customer service for 40 minutes. Then was told to go online to purchase product and put store pickup. So I did. I also had told them my son would be to store in 20 minutes and he is driving a Semi truck to pick up item. .In the mean while my son was waiting at store to pick item up . Then we called back and said it would take 1-3 hours to locate item . So my son went in store and grabbed an associate and grabbed product himself and brought up front and was able to leave within a hour. Horrible service . No one wants to work in customer service and definitely the guys pulling orders don’t know the word ( Work ) and what that actually means. Sad..
