Really needed to get a pedi but didn’t have time to make an apt. I called lucky nails around 10:20am and they said they would be able to get me in at 11 which worked out. I won’t lie, I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews. So I kind of just prayed I had a good experience because I haven’t found a place in tri that I love. I’m so glad I didn’t change my mind and go to another place, the girl who did my pedi was Trieu and she was amazing!! I went in with ugly toes and came out with the cutest frenchies 😍 I had to get her name because I will 100 percent be a returning client of hers. Thank you Trieu. 🤍

Enjoyed speaking with the staff and they were all really gentle with my toes. Every time I go to another nail place I cringe anticipating pain, but I was happily surprised when my nails were done very gently and comfortable! Love d the experience and my nails!

They accepted 3 walk in pedicures and didn’t even make sure it was their appointment making one of us wait for an extended amount of time along with the ones with the appointment. Communicate better, terrible customer service.

The employees are all so sweet, they take their time and triple check to make sure all of your nails look good and even.
Reasonable pricing, also very clean!
You take and bring back your own nail filing baggie every visit, this way you never have to use one that has already been used by someone else. (What most salons do.)
Lucky nails is my go-to and I would even drive extra if ever necessary, because they really are the best in town.

I travel all over the US for my job and this is definitely one of my top choices! I could already tell by the prepping process I was going to receive great customer service. Luu was amazing start to finish and really took her time in making sure I got what I wanted. Everyone was kind and hospitable and the place was very clean. Will definitely be coming back!

Oanh is fantastic. I had the dip nails service and she did not disappoint. My nails look amazing and she was extremely flexible with scheduling.
