the lady that did my daughter’s nails cut her numerous times. She was bleeding when she was done on many fingers. The nails looked horrible and she scraped her skin all around the nails purposely. My daughter was too scared to tell her and was in severe pain. She was crying. The lady did not stop. And then I was still charged $42 for this horrible experience. The nails are also very uneven and look horrible. Today I will take my daughter somewhere else to get them fixed.

Been coming here for a while Kim does amazing work. She is very detailed in her work. I’ve also do the pedicures here as well. Great place to get your nails done!!!

While they are very nice their pedicures are not good. My feet were not massaged, they barely scrubbed my feet and my feet feel rough and to top it off they mainly rubbed lotion on my legs and there was absolutely no pressure. My gel is uneven. Oh and the water wasn’t even very warm. After my second time in 6 months I will never go back. Please educate your technicians!

I have a favorite tech for my pedicures, I hesitate to give her name because she is pretty available at getting me in whenever I call. But for her benefit I will share. Ask for Tina to get the best bang for your buck. She gives the best foot massages.

Gave two stars for the lady who did my pedicure 💕. My manicure is TERRIBLE 😭 I'm so mad at myself for continuing to allow the older lady to finish them... I didn't want to be mean but man my nails are hideous 😭.

Super upset with this business. I called at 9:57 am to make an appointment for 11am. We got there at 10:55am. Took them about 25-30 minutes to get my daughter in, they were done with her manicure at around 11:50 and still hadn’t even started with me. When I told them I wasn’t going to get my nails done anymore they said “I’m sorry we are short staffed” I told them they should have let me know that when I made my appointment. Two people asked me in the mean time if I was getting a manicure or full set, when I said full set they would move on to the next person. Not to mention the last 10 min I was there a mom and daughter showed up to get pedi’s and they took them right in. Won’t be coming back here.

Completely packed, everything was rushed and I had to tell the lady my nails were messy for her to fix it and it was plain awful. Every customer was told they would accept them and that’s why I was rushed so that they could keep accepting and giving rushed service. Never going there again.

Got my nails done they turned out completely horrible not one nail was straight it was gagged I asked the lady to fix it she said "oh no it spout tu louk like Dat" never again

My daughter and I went in for full sets of nails. While mother were doing my daughter's nails (16yrs old) I noticed all her nails were pointing up as if they were angled to the sky. I mentioned it twice and the nail tech just kept arguing saying she has small fingers. Not sure why that would cause the fake nails to point UP butt ok. The lady doing my nails didn't file the sharp corners of mine and made my set look like cheap fake press ons. Not worth the $130 we were charged. And if a customer doesn't like something, fix it. Don't argue that you are right. Attached a pic of my nails. Taking my daughter somewhere to have hers fixed. Such a waste of time and money

If I could get this negative stars, I would because I asked for a baby pink they gave me a red. do not recommend.
