“Staff appeared well trained, polite, professional, and engaged. I was acknowledged when I entered the store, and that is a very important part of the customer service experience (IMO). The staff helped me understand what steps were required to drop off my package. All in all, a very good and enjoyable experience, and I would easily recommend this store.”

“Yesterday I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! I came in needing to get some legal documents notarized, and I was a little nervous because I had recently lost my ID. All I had with me was my military spouse identification and privilege card, so I wasn’t sure if that would be enough. But the staff here were incredibly helpful, understanding, and kind from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my paperwork was taken care of quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service and a genuinely positive atmosphere.
